One of my faves from her so getting this to slay the charts again in light of recent events is most welcome <3

It went gold, you can't say it wasn't a hit

I'm in tears listening to this now. That chorus is so powerful in light of recent events. I just think about the parents who have lost their children.

"All I really care is you wake up in my arms". </3

This was one of my favourite Ariana songs anyway, but have been listening to it a fair amount today after seeing the following tweet earlier:

:( </3 suuuuuch a powerful listen now after the Manchester incident. Great to see people rallying behind it (currently top 20 on iTunes!), a fitting and beautiful tribute to the victims and her fans in general.

Confuses me how Ariana Grande counts as "R&B and Urban" If anything this is one of her more "Pop" songs

Does this really matter right now?

The lyrics of this are so poignant right now (same for Thinking Bout You in fact) :( so nice to see people buying it as a tribute, would be amazing to see it re-enter the chart.

#24 in 2015 wouldn't go down as a hit for me, would need to be Top 20 at least I think.

Agreed. 24 is not a hit.

I think a similar question came up before and the general sub forum chosen is the one that the artist usually fits into to keep all of the artist's threads in the same sub (apart from when they're featuring I think)

I think Wardy means he just wants it to repeak into the top 20 regardless of its hit status

Her best ever song, really think it'll go down as a really memorable song for her especially in light of recent events. Loving that it is doing well again.
Can we not argue about chart positions? It clearly WAS a hit when you look at sales.

~345k to the start of 2016.

This has always been one of those songs that flew straight into my all time faves, it's easily top 20, it's the perfect song to be a tribute to those we've lost and a message of solidarity for those of us all still grieving and shaken.

It's clearly a hit though.

- Lengthy run in the chart

- 345K of sales (up until the start of 2016)

- Incredibly well known, has been performed on X-Factor etc

- Well known enough to have got a THIRD run in the chart now

It actually is over 400k, was certified gold on 10th June 2016. Quite clearly a hit, and its chart run is impressive:

Whether it's a hit or not (it IS), that REALLY doesn't matter at this point. It's a beautiful song and deserves all the attention it's getting.
