July 14, 201511 yr I thought The Outcast was very good - started a little slow but fantastic once it got going. I agree it was a little heavy going for a Sunday night. Yeah, was very disjointed at the start I thought, but I kind of figured that's because it wanted to get to how the mother's death affected the main character as soon as, which of course they did. I like heavy going but maybe should have been aired a different night!

I like heavy going but maybe should have been aired a different night! Sunday's realistically the only night it would've been aired because it's 90 minutes long. It doesn't feel appropriate for pre-9pm showing and of course the BBC only moves the News at Ten for big live events. So Sunday was the only option.

July 15, 201511 yr I love Death In Paradise but I watched every series back to back and I can't help but feel its lost the special magic it had when Ben Miller was in it as I loved the relationship between Richard and Camille. I wish he'd done one more series as I'm not keen on Kris Marshall's character and the story lines in series 4 just felt recycled but I'll still check out series 5 and hope it comes back to form!
