They were good as a pairing on the Xtra Factor, I think they needed someone else on the main show, mind you I do hate Caroline Flack, she goes on a bit and her annoying laugh. In the end the show is not about the hosts, its a music talent show, does it really matter who is going to host it. My natural instinct they should have chose Holly Willougby mind you she does front many other shows or used the host from FF, forgotten his name, Vernon something.

Good god not Vernon Kay, anytime a male is slightly camp he rips the shit out of them.

Vernon would be even WORSE than Caroline for me and that says it all
Just read that Mel B has been sacked and Louis Walsh has a possibility of being sacked. If Syco wants to sack a judge, sack that bloody mime artist
Aw, would much rather have seen Mel stay over Cheryl, but I'm pretty sure it's been confirmed Cheryl has signed the contract and Mel has been "fired". :(

http://metro.co.uk/2015/04/30/carly-rae-je...r-2015-5174131/ - talks apparently now happening with Carly Rae Jepsen to replace Mel B. I only know her from 'Call Me Maybe' (which as pure pop singles of recent memory go I felt was pretty anaemic. Cue all the 'hilarious' shade/diva GIFs being flung my way in retaliation).

But given that she's on the verge of having another top 3 this weekend I'm thinking this *might* be a sensible choice? Anything's a better choice for a new female judge than Lovato, Ora or that sodding Kardashian, in any case. I still say they get Tom Fletcher in to replace Louis Walsh and have a radio DJ take up the fourth spot. The only name however that immediately springs to mind for me is, worryingly, Lisa Snowdon from Capital Breakfast so make of that what you will.

‘If I got to live in London, then I’d be tempted to be a judge on one of your singing shows. I love the shopping and the people in London.’

Just sounds like she wants to be a judge :P Idk if she'd be a great choice, but she does fill the "been there done that" quota (although Cheryl does too) as she was 3rd on Canadian Idol. I guess there are worse choices but there are also far better ones. A DJ would be good but I can't really think of any non-BBC really famous DJs I'd want to be honest.

If CRJ gets it and refers to Britain as 'London' I will assassinate ha weave. ;)
I want Kelly Rowland back. A great personality, a judge with the success to back her up, an incredible voice and all round performer. I don't understand the flack she received for her 2011 stint. She was amazing until her and Tulisa fell out (which wasn't her fault). She was great on X Factor USA as well.
I'm just so bored of the predictable 'Simon and/or Gary Barlow, Louis and two female 'divas' in increasingly outlandish tube wrap dresses' formula. It's no different to when the 'Simon, Louis and Sharon' lineup became as stifling as anything after three series.
Bring back Dannii Minogue. The years of Simon, Louis, Dannii and Cheryl were the best tbh. It's never been the same since.
Dannii is still being a miserable bitch on X Factor Australia and they clash so what a shame she can't :kink:

She was good for a time but as the lives went on, she completely threw all her toys out the pram when things weren't going her way. Same with Gary Barlow.

I think the UK would adore Carly, but it won't happen! That's too inventive for X Factor UK.
I'd be a bit worried if someone with two (and a half) hits was considered good enough to be a judge. Some of the choices have been questionable in the past, but at least they've all had some degree of prolonged success in their fields.
