Creeping In the Dark *.* obviously gonna do nothing. still a banging track tho- from the underground we get deepah :music:

could be close between Mark and Meghan for the #1, wouldn't rule either out honestly. thought 'Lips Are Movin' would be a shoo-in for #1 this week though it looks like it'll take quite a bit to overcome those fairly consistent Uptown Sales :o

3. Meghan Trainor - Lips Are Movin

217. Jungle 70 & Majestic - Creeping In the Dark (Armand Van Helden Radio Mix)

Hoping Laura Welsh can make even a small impact but I'm doubtful :( Meghan for #1 though, I still really like Uptown Funk but Meghan is really bringing it right now, her debut album is fantastic :D
has Laura Welsh even had any airplay or exposure anywhere? I still don't like the updated version as much but she still did it sublimely when I saw her live the other day.

I hope Meghan does get to #1 as 'Lips Are Movin' is quite the fab song and Mark has had enough time there already (that said I am still loving 'Uptown Funk' too so I won't MIND it being #1 again, just would much prefer Meghan ~)

Looks like a quiet week apart from Meghan then!

Having said that, last week looked quiet but had some movement

Fully backing Meghan for the top spot as I really love LAM a lot (maybe a tiny bit more so than AATB) but #2 would be respectable also!

1. Mark Ronson - Uptown Funk (feat. Bruno Mars) 1.0000

2. Philip George - Wish You Were Mine 0.4081

3. Meghan Trainor - Lips Are Movin 0.4022

Doesn't look like Meghan will be #1 if she's only at ~40% with pre-orders included (Philip George was at ~55% in the first update when his pre-orders were included). Should climb some more and hopefully will hit #1 on iTunes, but looks like another week for Mark & Bruno.

Even if 'Lips Are Movin' goes to #02 it's still quite an achievement considering that everybody thought she would be a one hit wonder.

Why is Selena Gomez not releasing this week though? She's releasing the same week as her album :(

Another week for Bruno.. and another... and another.. and another...
Team Uptown Funk this week, Meghan Trainor and her music just jarrs on me so much; one of the few artists I'll actively avoid listening to.

80s throwback week in the new releases with both Holly Johnson and T'Pau listed.

Funny enough we haven't had a new #1 this year, Mark Ronson's track is carried over from 2014, looks like we have to wait a few more weeks yet  if Meghan doesn't get there, could be waiting until Ellie releases. I'm really hoping DJ Fresh and Ella Eyre get a week, surely Mark Ronson's sales will start getting weaker.
I've literally just got into the Bruno and mark track since last week so I am backing them again thanks. K bi.

IMO Lips Are Movin sounds too similar to Bass. The beat sounds pretty much like a slower version of < and it has the same repetition just about. The chorus is 'slightly' different but I don't think Meghan should rap on a song any more :drama:

I've seen Solo Dancing on the BBC playlist and climbing on iTunes. I guess it had a re-release?

Meghan currently 0.53 of Mark Ronson and hasn't really put on that much since the pre-orders were dumped in. To be only just over half the no.1 at 11am doesn't bode well for her and I think Uptown Funk will get another week at no.1. I'm not sure it's even going to be that close.
