This song is already A-Listed on Radio 1 and is also now playlisted on Capital. Video's out too:

Rita is a chart force and the early radio support will definitely help this song chart highly. #1 might be a lot to hope for, so I predict this will slightly outchart "Black Widow" and hit #3?

I don't think it needs to be pushed back. I would have said about 15, but the fact it's getting two weeks on the Radio a list before release, is playlisted on Capital and Kiss means it's looking to do well to me. I think it has sales 3, but chart peak 6 written all over it. But with Boom Clap longevity.

The pre order is deceiving because people are probably going to wait to just download the one song.

People will be sick of "Uptown Funk" being #1 when this is released so people may buy this just to knock "Uptown Funk" off the top

I don't think anyone in their right mind would buy a song just to knock another song off the top... they would actually have to like it

Yeah I agree, unless it's a highly publicized chart battle, which it won't be.

It might have a dodgy peak, but I am quite sure this will be a big hit for Charli and will help the album get higher sales.

If this gets #1, Rita Ora will tie with Cheryl Cole and then hopefully break her record in the future

Wet Wet Wet had to pull their song off the market because people were sick of it being #1

It's top 3 for sure now it's doing well on R1 and Capital. Thought she was dumper-bound after the failure of the last single.

That's in no way the same thing as someone buying a song just to knock another song off #1.

I put down #8 at first but I would've predicted top 5 but its pre-orders a bit blugh atm but if it gets enough playlisting and streams

And the thing with pricing it nearly £2! :drama:  did they fix that?

Probably #4... #3 if Charli and Rita decide to do promo on The Voice... Doubt it will go to #1 because if anything's knocking "Uptown Funk" from the top, it's Hozier.
#6. People aren't pre-ordering due to not wanting to pay £1.98 for the single + a remix that they probably don't want. They'll wait to buy it seperately. I can't not see this going top 15 at least though. Streaming might prevent it from going top 10 (but tbh, I can see this being a streaming hit and helping it out in the long run)
I'm hopeful for Top 3 at least, even if that's overestimating it. It's brilliant!
Predicting #2. People underestimating the combo of Capital + Radio 1 A-list support (prior to release) + two pop fan bases. DO NOT mention Shakira/RiRi as that song was awful :D Plus Rita is on The Voice. Even without a performance, there's still the opportunity for the song to receive some airtime on the show.
I think it'll be on the voice it'll be predictably credited as "Charli XCX with a very special guest" and judge Rita will pop out.
