I remember it vaguely, hearing it though what a tune.

The Nalin & Kane remix was the version released in the UK, although both are pretty awesome:

 

 

Then the Fergie remix charted in 2001:

 

the original and Nalin & Kane versions of Loveparade are both certified JAMZ :music:

OK just listened to this song a couple of times back to back. Wonderful, soulful dance track :wub:

I like this one from early 2005, great funky dance track with so much disco influence :) I decided not to post the notoriosly dreadful video though :)

I remember this one from 2003. Such a great tune in an otherwise bad (imo) year for dance music in the charts

2003 really was a bit dry in terms of dance music, though we got some great songs out of it. Notably;

 

• Benny Benassi - Satisfaction

• Tomcraft - Loneliness

• XTM & DJ Chucky - Fly on the Wings of Love

• Room 5 - Make Luv

The summer that brought us “Pretty Green Eyes” and “Deepest Blue”. Just because you are too young to remember it doesn't mean you can brush it aside like that. Brilliant chart year!

I was never a fan of 'Deepest Blue'. Don't even remember it at the moment.

 

'Pretty Green Eyes' is quite good too but there have been better years for dance music.

 

I've been listening to this 1999 masterpiece ALL WEEK. I love those dreamy dub guitar melodies laid over bubbling and intricate techno/house. <3 <3

The Angel City one was the best though imo :)

Summer 2004 into early 2006 was my favourite...weird retro phase with disco vocals and strings.

Love the Modestep shoutout! That was amazing when that charted, they would then go on to produce the masterpiece that is Sunlight which did even better :wub:

Are you also a fan of DJ Marky feat. Stamina MC - LK from 2 years prior? He really had the BEST voice ever for Drum & Bass songs.

I dont really remember it but I will listen to it now

 

This funky house song from 2004 is great

 

 

This is a tune as well .

 

One of the best dance songs from a pop act. It even has some trance influences.
