Great to see so many first-time qualifiers, 3 debutants and 3 that had DNQed on all previous attempts. Hopefully Flynnonda will join them in qualifying at least once before too long. It will be interesting to see how many of those first time Qs were 17th-20th in their semis though... :P

Not at all surprised that MIYNT didn't make it, I don't think I'd ever been less confident - I remember thinking "I hope I'm in the same semi as Isconia as it sounds like something grebo would chart" and then immediately realising that was a statement that was highly unlikely to result in BJSC joy.

I should really have known I was in completely the wrong semi and seeing other's comments from those that like it in here has confirmed that, not like I can even blame it on 'big fans but not enough' as there was a whole 20 qualifiers :( not exactly new to DNQing but it was a song I was really loving a lot, always kinda sucks to see something like that bomb out.

 

I guess the Cosmos just never wants me to qualify more than two times in a row. ;o
