Krept & Konan have just dropped their first official single from hotly-anticipated debut album 'The Long Way Home'. Produced by DJ Mustard, but maintaining a Jamaican bashment sound, the duo have linked-up with Jeremih, who provides a killer hook here.

Honestly can see this being massive over the summer. This will likely get lots of love across the radio/TV spectrum, especially as they won MTV's 'Brand New for 2015'.

Thoughts everyone?

Jeremih is on fire right now. So good.

Some of the lines in this make me cringe (like the one about snapchat lol) but I'm a sucker for a DJ Mustard production and anything to do with Jeremih right now so naturally I'm loving it.

Can't really see this being a 'massive hit'? Maybe like one week top 40 before plummeting out the top 75 due to a lack of streaming.

"Massive" for me, when talking about Krept & Konan, would be top 20, even holding it's own inside the top 40.

They signed a publishing deal with Sony today, so expect this to be heavily promoted.

Not feeling this one. I really like Certified but this is sounding a bit average.

Might grow though, who's have thought Jeremih would suddenly be everywhere after such a hit & run career so far?

Pretty steady on the iTunes pre-order list too, always in and around the top 500. Shaping up to do well hopefully :cheer:

Krept & Konan signed to famous American label Def Jam last night, the first ever UK rappers to achieve this! Def Jam is home to stars like Kanye West, Iggy Azalea, Frank Ocean, Rick Ross & Jeremih.

Freak of the Week out on Sunday, shaping up to do well which is fantastic :cheer: Even the OCC has described this as 'deceptively addictive' which shows they're breaking through.

Loving that remix, can really hear the Dancehall sound to the record (it samples Beenie Man's Who Am I and Sean Paul's Infiltrate which are classics).

Currently riding high on iTunes, #6 for a song like this is amazing :o
