It's annoying, but at least he isn't get Suarez levels of proportional hate just yet!

Maybe because he hasn't attempted to bite anyone's shoulder off yet.

Newcastle's problem is they have no midfield. They were lucky they scored the 4th goal when they did, Norwich were all over them for a good 15 minutes.

Wjianldum is way too good for them. I'm glad they won though, I really like McLaren.

Sunderland are obviously gonna win next week. Every season, just after a new manager appointed, first home win against Newcastle... too traditional to be just a coincidence.
Silly behaviour yesterday from James McClean after the final whistle against Sunderland.

What Happened?

What Happened?

He went up to the away fans and celebrated in front of them. Not the first time he's done something stupid, didn't help that he used to play for them too.

The whole story makes it more proportioned though - he was getting dogs abuse for 90mins from them and he didn't celebrate like Adebayor did a few years back just a fist pump in their direction and he walked off. Not appropriate but in the context I understand why he did it too. The reaction of the Sunderland players for me was over the top he wasn't aiming it at them at all.

West Ham beating Chelsea 1-0 at halftime, with Matic sent off for Chelsea.

As a West Ham fan, this is becoming almost too good to be true... Our club anthem dictates we'll fall flat on our ass soon.

Yeah every season there's a usual midtable team which has a blinding start but eventually falls to 7th-8th, guess it's your turn this year!

Like us and Southampton last year I guess.

Although this year Crystal Palace, Leicester and West Ham have made blinding starts in comparison to Chelsea, Liverpool and Tottenham. No doubt the status quo will be in place by May, but Newcastle came 5th a few years back so who knows?

1-1 now. :( Normal service resumes.

Jamie Vardy is incredible right now!!!

His place in my fantasy team has been on lock throughout the season so far.

West Ham :cheer:

Andy Carroll back to score the winner, up to 2nd now. Last ever time we'll play them at Upton Park, what a game to mark that!

Jose won't be sacked just yet, although his player's discipline today was shocking. David Moyes to Villa perhaps?

Will be out celebrating tonight now.

I'm stunned I actually had the result correct for the West Ham-Chelsea fixture....

They couldn't beat the mighty Cherries though

After looking at the table it's quite stunning to realise that Aston Villa have lost 8 out of the 10 matches that they've played in the league so far. What's even more stunning is that they are not bottom of the table with such abysmal form, they really are a losing machine at the moment!

If Sunderland can beat Newcastle then Villa will be bottom for sure, either way you get the feeling that it's not going to end well for someone at Aston Villa. It's either that Tim Sherwood will be sacked or he stays for the rest of the season and they go down.
