Snakehips never was one

lol wut! You can blame their Spotify playlist as I relied on that for the Saturday TOTD

Straight after the minute silence was held for the Paris terrorist attacks. Radio 1 played Gabrielle Aplin's The Power of Love. Was a very emotional choice of song and a great touch from them.

I flicked through the radio stations after minute silence and the likes of Florence + the Machine 'You Got the Love', John Lennon' 'Imagine' and Emeli Sande 'Read All About It' were played. As you say, a really nice touch!

Wed 18th Nov - Snakehips feat. Tinashe & Chance The Rapper 'All My Friends'

Quite like this actually, nice chorus.

So much they could potentially add this week, including...

Wretch 32 feat. Anne-Marie & PRGRSHN - Alright With Me

James Bay - If You Ever Want To Be In Love

Ellie Goulding - Army

Martin Solveig feat Sam White - +1

Muse - Revolt

The Weeknd - In The Night

Pia Mia - Touch

Snakehips feat. Tinashe & Chance The Rapper - All My Friends

David Guetta feat. Sia & Fetty Wap - Bang My Head

Major Lazer feat Nyla & Fuse ODG - Light It Up

MØ - Kamikaze (although I'm still not fully convinced they'll support it)

Aurora - Half The World Away

Chvrches - Empty Threat

Walk The Moon - Different Colours (last chance saloon)

YESSSS! Snakehips to be HUGE please. The chorus is one of the best of the year!

James Bay, Chvrches, MØ, Wretch 32, Martin Solveig, Muse, Aurora and Pia Mia will be added I think. Chance for Snakehips/Florence/Nao/David Guetta/Bear's Den/Carly Rae Jepsen/Walk The Moon/Tinashe this week? (a good portion of these will probably be added at another date tho)

An INMWT spot for Spring King or Zibra please!

I really hope they support the Carly single. It's annoying that impact dates aren't very well known for post album singles these days.

I still think there's a chance of Stitches being added, I've heard it on Radio 1 3 times this past week.

But isn't it just Scott that plays it?

Yeh perhaps, Love all the songs hes released so far. Breath Out would be a decent first single!

This is the sort of thing that makes me not understand the modern music industry.
