Posted October 10, 20159 yr http://www.lovefood.com/images/content/body/popcorn.jpg Which flavour popcorn do you tend to go for when visiting a cinema? One of the most bizarre things (and getting more and more popular!) is having both the main flavours, mixed! :puke: Usually I tend to go for toffee, but nowadays I'd opt for SWEET. <3 SO GOOD. You can't beat a good bit of proper and fresh popcorn nowadays!
October 10, 20159 yr Sweet and Salted mixed easily for me  Been getting it for over a year like that now from Vue (even though it is so so overpriced, I can't resist buying it!). I used to always get toffee popcorn but now I always get mixed, so nice
October 10, 20159 yr Cineworld Nachos with cheese dip > popcorn so I never get the latter in cinemas ever, not a massive fan either really but think I prefer salted,
October 10, 20159 yr The swwet and salt one is pretty amaze tbh. I normally only eat salted, since all the other ones has WAY too much sugar and nobody wants a diabetic going into a coma in the cinema.
October 11, 20159 yr I can just about tolerate toffee but f***ing hell popcorn in general is VILE :puke: Just thinking about the texture makes me cringe and shudder a bit.
October 11, 20159 yr sweet and salted mixed is great. toffee popcorn is too much for me though, not a fan.
October 11, 20159 yr Salted >>>> My very favourites tend to be Sensations popcorn though. They do an incredible Cinnamon and Salt one and Indian Spiced one too.
October 11, 20159 yr SWEET. If I'm choosing between the main two in the cinema. I've usually been taking my own mini bag of toffee popcorn to the cinema but grown a bit tired of it recently. (And @ Josh, hot dog with fried onions >>> nachos :P)
October 11, 20159 yr Sweet easily. Salted literally dries your mouthed up and even the massive drink you can get can't clear it! I don't really eat it much though, I always got the Nachos with cheese sauce when I went to the cinema, but nowadays I just think it's too expensive to bother with food!
October 11, 20159 yr Is butter popcorn not really a thing in the UK? Growing up, the only option in most Irish cinemas was whether or not you wanted hot liquid butter poured all over your tub of popcorn. (lol sounds so nasty but omfg) Anyway, popcorn is an absolute must for me when I go see a movie, to the point that I justify paying ridiculous amounts for it every time by the fact that I don't go to the cinema very often (but actually I'm going this evening, yay :D). It'd feel like such a waste to get nachos or something instead when there's popcorn to be had. <3 Never been a big fan of sweet and would always go for salted if that was the choice, but I recently got a mix for the first time and was pretty impressed. Haven't tried the toffee variety in years and the thought of it does nothing for me. I'd be really interested to try alternative (savoury) flavours though, like the ones John mentioned. :o
October 13, 20159 yr (And @ Josh, hot dog with fried onions >>> nachos :P) poop on a stick >>>> anything with fried onions
October 13, 20159 yr poop on a stick >>>> anything with fried onions This is SO VERY WRONG bbz, fried onions are amazing. So sweet and juicy *.*
