November 18, 201510 yr I can see Sax finishing at #5, with Love Yourself and What Do You Mean? overtaking (so Justin has three of the top 5 *.*!!!) Are duran duran still in top 200?thanks Nope!
November 18, 201510 yr The Beatles will overtake Kylie and she's looking at a #12 debut. She still has plenty of time before Christmas to repeak, though. Ben will fall to #10 on Friday, and Andre Rieu will be 8 or 9, leaving Ed to the other position. I fear Kylie will fall further than that, i would be surprised if she manages to re-peak at a later stage too. It would have been wonderful if Ben stayed ahead of Andre Rieu.

I know it's been mentioned that Rihanna was the last act to have three singles in the Top 10, but has ANY act ever had 3 singles in the Top 5 before?
November 18, 201510 yr hoping format:b can stabilize + years & years can finally make the top40 this week~ ^_^ would be ecstatic if bieber can snatch the #1 album from 1d at the last moment :heehee: ~ however the slew of album tracks from both need to disappear asap! <_<
November 18, 201510 yr how far is Bieber's WDYM from the top 5? could he make it? He'll almost certainly overtake Jess Glynne, and possibly Fleur East too, so I can see it getting back up to #4! (with Love Yourself at #3)
November 18, 201510 yr I feel sorry for Kylie. Last week, she would have easily made top 10 albums with her sales so far this week. It's a shame cos its a great sounding album. Hopefully it will repeak but I doubt it unless she has more success with a future single.
November 18, 201510 yr Kylie needed to do much more promotion if she was to achieve top 10. I love Kylie but success will be harder and harder to achieve. A release like her current one especially needs extra promotion as it is the style of album that needs as much promotion as possible. Edited November 18, 201510 yr by pippa

The Beatles and Madonna have been at 1 and 2 at the same time though, which is arguably more impressive. 12 December 1963: http://www.officialcharts.com/charts/singl.../19631212/7501/ 11 August 1985: http://www.officialcharts.com/charts/singl.../19850811/7501/

November 18, 201510 yr Well yes, in those days you didn't rely on people streaming an album in order to generate sales.
November 18, 201510 yr Well he did said "arguably" :P Both are incredible achievements just for sheer fact of how rare they are. However looking to the future it's not completely unfeasible that a huge act will lock out the top 3 or even 5 when streaming is making up 90% of total sales.
November 18, 201510 yr I fully expect at some point in the future a highly anticipated album will come out and make up the entire Top 10 because sales will have declined to such an extent by that point, that just by virtue of people listening to the entire album in order, that will generate ' a Top 10' . Who knows it may happen with Adele next week?!
November 18, 201510 yr Well yes, in those days you didn't rely on people streaming an album in order to generate sales. Very true, apologies :D
November 18, 201510 yr TRIVIA CORNER: It looks like three of this week's top 10 albums will be by orchestras. (I'm taking the liberty of expanding ELO to their full name, even if it really is just Jeff Lynne...!)

I imagine if it does the whole album will go top 75 but only a few tracks if it's not on Spotify. (and if I had to guess I'd say she probably won't put in there in order to maximise sales)
