I have a few recent ones that have fallen quite fast, but they haven't charted for long enogh to know if they'll have a "bad" chart run... for example Taylor Swift's Carolina went [1-8-13] (13 is the latest chart) but it'll depend on how the rest of the run continues to know if its a "bad" chart run

 

Possibly it's Bonnie Tyler - Total Eclipse Of The Heart (1983) (2-2-1-5-8-15) and Steps - Love's Got A Hold On My Heart (1999) (5-4-2-1-4-10-15)
