I think it's

The Parakit - Save Me (24-10-1-4-11-26)

Although I wouldn't call it 'Worst', as the record number of weeks in the chart in my 'Top 40' era is 9 weeks

speaking of Xmas related #1s:

Hurts - All I Want For Christmas Is New Year's Day [41-20-x-43-15-7-x-15-17-1-1-x] [9 weeks]

though I expect it will continue to add 2-4 weeks every year now, so its chart run will gradually improve.

Which #1s in your chart stayed in the chart for the least number of weeks?

Here are mine:

2 weeks

26.12.2016 - (1) Erasure – Gaudete (1-7)

3 Weeks

15.07.2013 - (1) Iggy Azalea - Bounce (24-1-27)

23.12.2013 - (1) Sam Bailey - Skyscraper (1-4-6)

05.06.2017 - (1) Selena Gomez – Bad Liar (2-1-11)

Gaudete was too festive to keep in my chart as it is an Xmas song but I still love

Bad Liar reminded me of a guy I was getting over so it was #byefelicia

Bounce got old quick and Skyscraper I guess I got bored of

2015

Glee - Don't Stop Believin (1-30-x)

Cos f*** knows why it went to #1 in the first place in 2015 😂😂 (and the week before I had a 1-17 fall but that actually held up well in the long term!)

Mine is:

Ed Sheeran - Castle on the Hill [[1]-9-22-27-32](5)

I think this goes to show how quickly I got completely fed up of Ed

(only counting since I restarted my chart in 2018) My worst performing #1 is Love Made Me Do It by Cheryl; the novelty wore off VERY quickly. Probably my fastest fall from #1 too, oops.

2018 | 4 weeks | 01 | Cheryl - Love Made Me Do It - 1-7-19-34-x

Due to high traffic on my chart, rarely do songs last more than 5 weeks on my chart. Here are number one entries which last 5 weeks or fewer in 2022:

Elsie Bay - Death Of Us [7-1-11-46]

Kobe - SLAPSLAVE [4-1-5-8-19]

Ghostly Kisses - Clay [25-9-2-1-9]

These are all from when I based my chart on my weekly last.fm streams, so there's a few slightly chaotic ones:

2 weeks:

beabadoobee - Dye It Red [1 - 23 - x]

3 weeks:

Charli XCX - forever [1 - 29 - x - 13 - x]

Hayley Williams - Pure Love [1 - 11 - x - 26 - x]

Sufjan Stevens - America [1 - 28 - 20 - x]

SG Lewis ft. Channel Tres & Robyn - Impact [1 - 5 - 22 - x]

4 weeks:

MisterWives - whywhywhy [1 - 33 - 21 - x - 31 - x]

Saint Motel - Van Horn (GOLDHOUSE Remix) [1 - 38 - 16 - 36 - x]

HAIM - 3am [1 - 7 - 8 - 25 - x]

Dua Lipa - Love Is Religion [1 - 9 - 23 - 31 - x]

Billie Eilish - Therefore I Am [1 - 4 - 25 - 26 - x]

Paul McCartney ft. Phoebe Bridgers - Seize The Day [1 - 14 - 36 - 40 - x]

5 weeks:

Hayley Williams - Roses/Lotus/Violet Iris [1 - x - 13 - 11 - x - 21 - 15 - x]

Kylie Minogue - Say Something [39 - 5 - 1 - 4 - 29 - x]

SG Lewis ft. Lucky Daye - Feed The Fire [31 - 1 - 3 - 10 - 34 - x]

Kero Kero Bonito - 21/04/20 [1 - 7 - 10 - 13 - 38 - x]

I have a couple - I consider a "bad" chart run for a #1 being one that the song spends less than 10 weeks on chart and falls quite quickly:

6 weeks:

Nathan Evans - Told You So [1-2-5-17-32-40]

8 weeks:

Lil Nas X - THAT'S WHAT I WANT [1-2-3-4-6-10-15-28]

Ed Sheeran ft. Taylor Swift - The Joker And The Queen [38-1-3-5-10-15-21-42]

9 weeks

Olivia Rodrigo - jealousy, jealousy [12-2-1-13-18-20-27-38-xxx-39]

I have a few recent ones that have fallen quite fast, but they haven't charted for long enogh to know if they'll have a "bad" chart run... for example Taylor Swift's Carolina went [1-8-13] (13 is the latest chart) but it'll depend on how the rest of the run continues to know if its a "bad" chart run

Possibly it's Bonnie Tyler - Total Eclipse Of The Heart (1983) (2-2-1-5-8-15) and Steps - Love's Got A Hold On My Heart (1999) (5-4-2-1-4-10-15)
