Welcome to the second Pop Forum Awards. After the success of last years ceremony, we decided to do this again this year to celebrate the year 2015 in pop music and music in general!

Your pop mods have gathered 25 categories for you to nominate your faves in. How will this work? Everyone gets up to 3 nominations to give away per category and send those to Cameron. Remember that this is 2015 and while I would love to, don't go nominating Alexandra Burke's Heartbreak On Hold for best pop album (despite all of us knowing it is one of the best in recent years).

Of course not everything is strictly 2015 and some hits crossed over between 2014 and 2015, but we trust you guys to be able to make that up yourselves. If we find something that does not belong in 2015, we shall exclude it and give you the chance to replace your nominations.

Please remember that your nominees need to apply to singles and albums released in 2015 as well as what artists have done this year. So to summarise, nominate up to 3 for each of the categories above and send these nominations to Cameron via PM before 11:59pm UK time on December 28th. The final shortlist of nominees will then be revealed by Liam shortly afterwards which will contain the top 5 most nominated for or as close to as possible depending on ties!
