Parts of the album giveme 1989 vies and I am totally digging it. And some of it sounds like what I wanted Shania's last album to be like

The only one I am not totally loving is Live A Little, she is a bit drowned out in the chorus.

One Last Kiss, Lost Without You, Music's Too Sad and Low Blow are my highlights. Low Blow is so quirky and crazy, it's like a Hoedown Nu-di-ty and I adore it.

One Last Kiss has such a gorgeous chorus and I can listen over and over.

Dancing and Raining Glitter actually rank in the lower ends of the album for me, RG especially kinda falls flat a but for me in th context of the album as a whole.

SMFF really stands up against the other songs and I feel like it (or Lost Without You or OLK) should have been the lead.

I love the new album. It’s a massive turn around from Kiss me once. Highlights include Golden, Stop me from falling, Sincerely yours, raining glitter and A lifetime to repair. Her vocals sound much better on this album and the overall sound & production is far more authentic to who Kylie is as an artist. This album feels like the start of an exciting new journey and reminds me of my excitement when her career turned around upon the release of Light Years, which incidentally is probably my joint favourite Parllophone era album. I also think it will perform better than I first anticipated. It’s no1 on iTunes, performing well on streaming and has some great reviews.

Everything about this era is so positive and refreshing, from the music to how Kylie is in her image and behaviour. Makes me happy in return.

I'll post my full thoughts later but I'm in love with this album. I didn't hate Kiss Me Once but this is undoubtedly a return to form.

Listen to Kylie on the Dermot O'Leary Saturday Breakfast Show here.

I wish I loved this. I'm glad she's in a positive place etc but the production is disappointingly cheap and flat. There are too many songs that sound the same, follow the same structure, produced almost identically. The guitars end up pretty much just being a gimmick.

The more subtle moments are the best, Lost Without You especially.

I think 'Sincerely Yours' is the one for me. It's stunning!

Yes I think this is the one that sounds like it could be a Steps song?

24k rumoured sales after day 1 including preorders.

Hope this is true!

KMO started with 12.7 I think

I hope those sales are true.

Really liking this album on first few listens and it's a massive massive improvement on kiss me once.

The album is very together with direction and style. Yours sincerely was the most instant for me but sometimes the most instant songs waiver quickly but il have to wait and see. Musics too sad is great too, there is nothing I hate at the moment from the album,

I'm relieved that I like the album as I havnt really enjoyed her last 2 albums kmo and Christmas but this I do like and it's not just one of those cds thats in my collection because it's Kylie, it's there because I like it.
