It'll depend on if it's any good. If it's good then it could be an instant #1. If it's crap then it'll drop like a stone. There won't be an in between.

Isn't there huge hype for a Zayn single and I'm sure all 1D fans will make sure it'll do initially well. I think it'll go to #01 actually.

I think it'll go #1 on iTunes but will probably begin to free fall quite quickly.

It really depends on radio I think! If Radio 1 and Capital get on board straight away, and I think they probably will, I can definitely see #1 next week happening.

Had a quick look and Robbie Williams and Geri Halliwell's debut solo singles both peaked at #2 - wondering if Zayn will similarly peak at #2 having been the first to leave a prolific boy band. People in the music industry are saying how his solo material is really credible, so I think it could do really well OA/OS.

I just hope Zayn's material doesn't sound like a one-man One Direction. personally I don't have high hopes but Justin Timberlake used to be in a boyband too so you never really know.

Yeah I can see Zayn "doing a Biebs" and almost instantly getting the huge streams and sales to get him straight to number 1. I'm excited to hear it, but from the snippet Liam has posted, I'm looking forward to his single more! (Although, that is obviously down to hearing a clip of Liam and nothing from Zayn so far :lol:)
