What's bugging me is the fact Johnny, someone who is wanting to be a lawyer so you would assume had a good grasp of common sense at the least, has never heard of the word "discotheque" before. Not quite as bad as Corrie's Cathy thinking 'vendetta' was "a posh ice cream" mind.

Anyway, really gripping episode and I'm looking forward to the rest of the week - says something that EE can have such a good week when they know they'll take a hit from clashing with BGT, whilst Corrie, who have one of the strongest lead ins for a highly advertised week, fail to deliver.

Or Sonia the nurse screaming into the phone when Kim was having a baby,

"WHICH SIIIIDE??'

When surely as a nurse she would have known which side to place Kim on as soon as they said it ...

OMG at the calm reactions to Jane half-dead!!

Did I say I watched that poor Libby? Video and OMG LOL!!! Is it infamous among Soapers?

They REAAALLY shoulfa kept Cindy as the killer. Loved how eith this story it was always Jane entering when Bobby just did something and soneone ALWAYS falling in the same spot as Lucy lol.

Keeble needs more screen time.

Also, does it bother anyone else that all Kathy does is stand around spouting stupid things? She was better used when she was dead!

Agreed! I've liked her working opposite Martin and I absolutely love the Sharon/Kathy/Shirley trio, plus there's been some great subtle moments like the look on her face when Ian said, in regards to Phil the other day, something about how hard it must be for him to accept his mother's death, or how when Sharon took charge over handling Bobby in tonight's episode and she just looked like there was no place for her in her own family but it's definitely time for her to have a bigger role and I want to see more bonding with Ian and Ben and for their feelings on her abandoning them to be explored. I mean, they missed a trick by not having all that when she was first reunited with them - someone on DS pointed out that there should have been a two hander between her and Ian which I couldn't agree more with - but there's still time to do so.

I think once the Bobby storyline reaches its end - and I personally believe Jane will die (I think Laurie Brett was brought back specifically for this storyline) - it will give a chance for Ian and Kathy's relationship to strengthen and unresolved feelings can be addressed.

In regards to tonight's episode, I'm really liking Bobby's calm and reserved tone when he speaks of hurting Jane and killing Lucy. I don't think it's necessarily intentional, more down to the actor being young and not having the ability to speak your lines like they're coming naturally as adult actors do, but it really works and is so chilling and makes you really believe this is a psychopath in the making rather than a child who does things by accident.

Now it's as if Peggy never even exisited  , the tears dried up REALLY fast for Phil and the rest of the Mitchells

The episodes this week and last week have been great. I too believe this will be the end of the line for Jane and that she was back for this storyline only but was told it would be a 2 year plan. She was certainly unfortunate with IanS family, first Stephen and now Bobby, if she lives she should run a mile!

Auntie Mabel! *.*

Also, who was Kathy talking to on the phone?

Probably no one, all she does is state the obvious and spout shit, who'd want to listen to that?

When you realise that Jay actually does look a bit like a thermometer *.*

Jane's mum needs to remain onscreen for as long as possible.

I don't like how Roxy's storyline has just been used to counteract the drama; I thought this was going to be the start of a new journey and a new side to her, but it seems it will inevitably end up with Ronnie having to sort her out again.
I love how miffed Christian was to hear about Jane in a message left by Denise when no one's even bothered to pick up the phone and tell Sam Mitchell that her mum died.
I enjoyed the hospital scene with Jane's Mother, Christian could easily not have been there.
Stephen's hair is worse than Kush's brothers

"Well, since ours didn't get there" Martin, you cheeky sod, excuse Jane for splattering her blood on your cake but that's kinda the least of her worries!

Stephen's hair is worse than Kush's brothers

Ha! I almost wish they did recast now!

Now it's as if Peggy never even exisited  , the tears dried up REALLY fast for Phil and the rest of the Mitchells

And now that Bobby has effectively been charged with Lucy's murder Peggy's death is remembered again and the waterworks are back for Phil
