97. Defying Gravity - Kristin Chenoweth & Idina Menzel

A massive :w00t: :cheer: :yahoo: at this.

Years ago when the chart started on a Sunday and when there was no streaming involved this Kevin Simms guy would have been a major contender for no 1.

Seeing how the previous The Voice winner's did chartwise, this statement from you is not true and has nothing to do with streaming nor with the Friday move of the chart. :heehee:

Here's how the previous The Voice winners singles did:

45 Leanne Mitchell - Run To You

30 Andrea Begley - My Immortal

75 Jermain Jackman - And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going

06 Stevie McCrorie - Lost Stars

Kevin Simm should at least outperform the first 3 winners, and the song actually being an original should help it too.

There was also this girl from will i am team that charted despite not winning

Right?

Leah McFall.

Please Drake put your damn song on Spotify and take that number 1 :(

 02. Kevin Simm - All You Good Friends

Such an amazing singer and a well deserved winner (for once!!). He's the most commercial winner so let's hope that something actually happens this time.

I love Kevin's voice but I don't agree he's commercial. Jolan could've done very well, and hopefully will still get a shot. Still, I like the song.

It's not a good song... :| I though I would like it but it's not.

I bought the single. I am a fan of Kevin's voice and s fan of Peter John Vetesse who produced the track.

The vocals on the single version sound poorly produced can tell it's probably a rush job.

Grand National effect:

 542 Take That - Rule the World

 689 Take That - Rule the World

 943 Tears For Fears - Everybody Wants To Rule the World

Well that really is just silly!

Well that really is just silly!

Is it though?

When I heard the name of the Grand National winner the first thing that popped into my head was the Take That song. And if that happened to me it would have happened to others and perhaps just a few of them would have been moved to download the track. And we are talking well down the iTunes chart here, it wouldn't have taken much.

Will I Am also creeping up slowly, #19 now

1 Drake - One Dance 1.0000

2 KEVIN SIMM - All You Good Friends 0.9071

pretty close, KEVIN SIMM could be #1 in the next update at the rate he's climbing

The song from last year got to #3 on the sales chart and this was during the time when the chart was from Sunday - Saturday. It's probably only Drake that will sell more between today and Saturday.
