April 21, 20169 yr got info on who's outside the top 40? AlunaGorge? Nick Jonas/Tove Lo? Benny Benassi/Chris Brown?
April 21, 20169 yr got info on who's outside the top 40? AlunaGorge? Nick Jonas/Tove Lo? Benny Benassi/Chris Brown? Nick is #45, but is only under 600 copies from #40. He's got double streaming to be added tomorrow, so could still make it. Benassi is 43. Aluna is 40
April 21, 20169 yr thanks! so even if we lose Disturbed (there's hope), we might gain Nick/Tove Lo!!!
April 21, 20169 yr thanks! so even if we lose Disturbed (there's hope), we might gain Nick/Tove Lo!!! I'd rather lose Skepta for NJ instead of losing Disturbed
April 21, 20169 yr Nick will almost certainly make it next week if he doesn't this week so I wouldn't worry if he doesn't.
April 21, 20169 yr I would guess 34,35 & 36 will miss out! 34 will, 36 might and 35 will stay as DJ Snake's streaming is picking up

April 21, 20169 yr All Saints could get to #18 when Bowie inevitably falls behind, but that's not to say something else will overtake them. Hopefully they're safe for Top 20 though. Looks like we're going to get the lowest ever sale for a #2 album with either Adele or Aled on ~8.3k. The only other time the #2 has been below 10k was the 9,825 that The Civil Wars sold in August 2013 and the 9,294 that Plan B sold in August 2012. In fact, the Top 4 from the latter week (which saw Rihanna at #1 with sub-10k) the whole Top 4 sold more than what this week's #2 is expected to sell.
April 21, 20169 yr Pink and Little Mix should be safe for top 40 on Friday based on that update. It would be wonderful if Little Mix could achieve a new peak with Hair this week and beat its existing number 35 peak.

Plus in 2012/2013 there weren't 'streaming sales' to artificially inflate sales...
April 21, 20169 yr ridiculous that there could be seven new entries in this week's chart but none of them will get a full play on Radio 1. they really need to change their format :drama:
April 21, 20169 yr ridiculous that there could be seven new entries in this week's chart but none of them will get a full play on Radio 1. they really need to change their format :drama: Very much agreed here, they've changed the format once (for One Direction) I seem to remember but they need to take a look at positions #20-#25 IMO & skip them instead if they're not new also. Fortunately there has only been a handful of songs thus far (11 this year) to have peaked in the #26-#40 region so the majority do eventually climb into a playing position :)
