May 17, 201610 yr You must have a high level of optimism if you think that Manics song could do well on charts in 2016 The optimism levels was referring to Wales' chances in the Euros. Wales have waited 58 years to compete in a major Tournament, I suspect the fans will be getting behind them in a big way!

May 17, 201610 yr Yeah, however, I must say I'd be very delighted if Wales did well and Manics somehow reached top 40
May 17, 201610 yr I think that's a similarly ridiculous level of optimism tbh  One of their recent Singles was "Anthem For A Lost Cause" (got to number 200 in 2013), may be they should have just re-released that under the banner of "Official Single" :)

May 17, 201610 yr It's £12 in stores, and a highly critically acclaimed album. Why are you surprised? £14 in HMV
May 17, 201610 yr Adele's sales could increase. Her album is part of a 2 for £14 offer in Sainsbury's and is probably on sale in other shops

May 17, 201610 yr Author Bit odd that they're still missing Saturday data for Spotify, but managed Sunday and Monday... I wonder if they'll get it at all.
May 17, 201610 yr Looks like Kygo could actually be safe for #3! :o Beyonce and Drake should be over 20k too.
May 17, 201610 yr Author Meghan only sold 900 copies yesterday, but could still scrape the top 5 if she's lucky.
May 17, 201610 yr JT running away with it :D good to see The Stone Roses still in the Top 5, I wonder if there's any chance they could still finish Top 10 on Friday? At least Top 20 should be certain.

At least Top 20 should be certain. Highly unlikely to stay top 10, it sold a fraction of what the rest of the top 20 sold yesterday, and that's without Saturday streaming being taken into account.
May 17, 201610 yr Shame JT won't be official #1. Poor RnB looking like they'll miss the top 20. Shame they won't outpeak Louisa. I was wanting them to follow the tradition where the runner-up does better than the winner. The last time this failed to happen was 2013 Edited May 17, 201610 yr by Hadji
May 17, 201610 yr Stone Roses should break the top 15 by their decreasing sales it should sell around 25-29k! On the Manics, if Wales do well they will do just fine with their song and as the build-up to the tournament gets closer it could well rise - doesnt really matter if its the manics, its the football thatll make it rise.
May 17, 201610 yr Bit odd that they're still missing Saturday data for Spotify, but managed Sunday and Monday... I wonder if they'll get it at all.Spotify were also unable to provide streaming data for last Saturday. Very strange. I wonder what the problem is?

I was wanting them to follow the tradition where the runner-up does better than the winner. The last time this failed to happen was 2013 Louisa hasn't released anything yet beyond that cover. And RnB will peak after their inevitable BGT final performance and increasing airplay.
May 17, 201610 yr With JT releasing his video today is there any way he could make it officially. Still haven't listened to R&B yet Edited May 17, 201610 yr by Lomadz
