Radio 1's 'chart contender' from last week [OneRepublic] only at #51 in the mids tho

It does indeed look as if some streaming is missing though.

So happy to see Kygo at number three!!

Would be better seeing him at #1. Surprised people wanna spend £14 on Beyoncé's album

It's £12 in stores, and a highly critically acclaimed album. Why are you surprised?

Beyonce and JT staying at number 1 for the rest of the week would be great, but with Calvin and Drake's superior streaming I'm not hopeful.

Honestly, Bey haters seem to lose all common sense when talking about her. It really is something to behold.

Why are people willing to spend £14 on the most critically acclaimed album of the year, that comes with a very big budget film to go with it? I mean, really? Just baffling.

Not sure how much data is missing, but here's how they've changed from last week, and my projections for Friday.

01 Drake −19% 99,964

02 Justin Timberlake +38% 97,139

03 Rihanna/Calvin −15% 93,619

there must be a fair chunk of streaming data missing (2 days seems par for the course on mondays these days~) in which case drake has an easy 6th week on lock, while on the albums drake and kygo are likely to be rather closer to beyoncé ~ could be a close call!
Does she really have a fanbase? Serious question :P

Not at all. Even James Arthur has more Twitter followers than Meghan Trainor.

It will be so close but Drake doesn't slow down on streaming, I don't get it. So he will sell 60% more than him and still will lose. :(

Actually on iTunes Justin Timberlake is selling 133% more than Drake (i.e 2.3 times more), however this is reversed on streaming (Drake is streaming roughly 2.3 times more than JT) - and because streaming currently has somewhere between 70-80% contribution to total 'chart sales' (even in the Top 10) the lead on downloads is fairly irrelevant.

OK I know there's data missing and streaming to factor in etc. and it will be far lower come Friday... but for The Stone Roses to even show up at No. 4 in this day and age is pretty incredible!

A top 5 for may babe, please???

3 Kygo - Cloud Nine (8,039) *

Is the Manics' Wales football song out this week?

Edited by Colm

Yeah, it's just not doing very well.

CD single has been doing well on Pre-order to be fair though (and that's not released until 3rd June).

This song will probably peak just before Euros start on June 10th (when optimism levels are still high).
