June 28, 20169 yr They made a huge mistake making this series vote to evict. I don't like Marco and I quite liked Natalie at points and I love Georgina. To think it would've (most likely) have gone in favour of voting out Emma, Charlie and Evelyn who add practically nothing to the show!
June 28, 20169 yr Really enjoying this series ever since Marco's eviction and the merging of the two houses. It's feeling a lot more natural with normal Diary Room nominations and no twists (no doubt I'll have spoken too soon). It means we're getting some of the fun moments (like Hughie/Ryan's relationship) alongside the arguments but the arguments aren't intended to be done in a vicious/nasty way. Apart from Sam & Alex, each housemate is bringing something with a fairly equal amount of screentime. Georgina's really not impressed me withthe Jackson relationship though which is a shame as I really want to like her and I was actually supporting the romance before both sides got possessive. I think this week's eviction really depends on the edit, more than the previous two, as any of the three girls could go depending on who gets a good edit and who gets a bad one. Going on the past couple of episodes though, I'm sure Georgina will go.
June 28, 20169 yr I don't see how Hughie and Ryan's relationship is "fun", sucking/tossing someone on national to is pretty embarrassing but are we letting them off because they're gay?
June 28, 20169 yr Hughie and Ryan now are just as bad as Marco and Laura were for me. Ryan would benefit from being out of that storyline just as Laura has done, but I just find Hughie so irritating so nothing could benefit him for me!
June 29, 20169 yr I'm fine with this season being a Vote to Evict series, because the evictions so far have been on point. Marco, Natalie and now probably Georgina. 3/3 in my books. I'm sick of Georgina, she's very one note, same jealous storyline over and over. I'm more than happy to see her go.
June 29, 20169 yr Author Ryan comes across like an annoying year 7 - "we're going out" :drama: Both of the two would be far better off without this "storyline". I don't think Hughie really likes Ryan and Ryan just wants the screentime and attention. If it curses Ryan to be evicted I'm all for it - we'd have Marco cursed by his relationship, Georgina by hers, and Ryan by his, hopefully that would put an end to any more showmances  I'm enjoying this series for what it is, I agree with a lot of the stuff that's been said about it. It does feel more natural, far from the C4 days but for example we've had normal nominations, none of this power trip shit or "lol this one housemate is immune and controls everything" or "we lied let's reverse nominations", and I feel like the cast all fit together, there's interesting dynamics. Chelsea, Sam and Ryan are the only ones I really dislike, and Sam is just such a non-entty but vile when he is shown and with Ryan it's just him being SO annoying. Emma, Evelyn and Jackson are all getting there though, but even with a few I don't like, there are enough who I do like and even the non-entities add to the dynamics, the split between groups etc., like Emma and Evelyn are so so boring/irritating but they have the feud with Georgina which creates drama. The only one I'd say adds nothing at all is Alex, if you exclude the fact he's hot which is better than nothing :kink: And it's also better than him being horrible. It's not the best or most thrilling series but it doesn't feel like a chore to watch which to me the last two did at various points (mostly because of Helen both times!!).
June 29, 20169 yr I would be delighted if Evelyn goes on Friday, i would not be too disappointed if Andy went either. I really do not want Georgina to go, i still really enjoy her screen time. I think Jayne not going on Friday night would be a huge shock to the housemates and i long for it to happen just to see the look on their faces especially Chelsea. I think if Jayne survived a public vote we could see a different side to her. I just really want Evelyn to go, i find her irritating and annoying and i think her going would change Laura too and we will get to see more of Laura as an individual. Laura delivered a great line this week, when she said she was carving out a good acting career and all of a sudden it went from that to a reality porn star  I would have liked to have seen Ryan nominated, i dont like him either, he craves fame and is a drama queen. He was keeping away from Hughie for a while as he thought he was un-popular but when he heard the crowd reaction on Friday night i feel he was oh i better get back in here as i need to be with the popular people. Ryan i would believe will have no loyalties to anyone and will do anything to win. Edited June 29, 20169 yr by pippa

You do make a good point, but they never learn, this should just be a thing for all Big Brother's. They clearly understand its value or they wouldn't change it for CBB.
June 29, 20169 yr Have been watching this on and off at the moment and my main opinion is that Georgina and Jackson are becoming really uncomfortable to watch together. Georgina in particular seems way too insecure and appears to have little trust in Jackson, and trust is surely the foundation of a relationship. Jayne is by far my favourite of those up (Georgina was one of my early favourites but this showmance is dragging her down massively) so her to stay and all will be good.
June 29, 20169 yr I would ideally like Jayne to stay in to see Chelsea evicted. I welcome a Jayne turn around, i think she has been at a huge disadvantage in house due to other people plotting against her.
June 29, 20169 yr Big Beother: Annihilation Week commences July 11th and culminates on Friday July 15th with Big Brother: Eviction Massacre...
June 29, 20169 yr Author Big Beother: Annihilation Week commences July 11th and culminates on Friday July 15th with Big Brother: Eviction Massacre... Oh christ, please can this not be another 4 in 4 out, Iknow there are a few who are disposable but in a vote to evict series at that point we'd probably lose 4 huge characters and be left with the disposable non-entities. Funny how this occurs as just a few posts ago we were saying that it was natural with no twists, jinxed it :kink:
June 29, 20169 yr I knew I shouldn't have said anything! I don't mind a couple of twists every series though, as long as they're executed properly although I don't have high hopes for that, especially considering the handling of the two houses. I'm still pushing for the idea of using the other house as an eviction danger zone, so maybe that is what the week involves. I can kind of see why they're doing a mass eviction anyway as there's 15 housemates to get rid of with like 5 weeks left. I just hope there's not another cash twist even though it's probably guaranteed.
June 29, 20169 yr I'm sorry and this may prove to be a very unpopular opinion on here, but I love Andy. I think he's actually my firm favourite. Really misunderstood and maybe slightly TOO intelligent for this show?
June 29, 20169 yr Andy was top on my rankings yesterday, I'm in agreement. Very interesting character who provides interesting TV without having to be really loud or centre of attention!
June 30, 20169 yr From watching Bit on the Side i have a bad feeling Georgina will be evicted, i will be ever so disappointed if this happens. Evelyn has to be the one to go tomorrow night.
