June 14, 20169 yr FYI, Drake's album has jumped from #11 in Monday's update back to #6 and will inevitably go higher as missing data is fixed. Also, Jess now falls 7-16, Justin 8-17, Ariana 11-26 and Ed Sheeran 15-27 - all likely to rise even higher by the end of the week.
June 14, 20169 yr If Rick Astley were to pull out all the stops he would get the number 1, there is next to nothing between him and Tom on sales. It is likely Tom will have other opportunities to obtain a number 1 where it is most likely its Ricks last chance.

Yes may be he should get himself to Germany and bring back a lorry load of CDs Edited June 14, 20169 yr by timjimlee
June 14, 20169 yr I dont understand that comment about Germany? See reference to story from Metro / Sun on page 4, Rick's CD's from pressing plant in Germany have apparently been trashed!
June 14, 20169 yr well today's mids look a tad more realistic~ however there are still too many discrepancies for just one days streaming data to be missing... :P  hope kungs    holds on :cheer:
June 14, 20169 yr Seems the team behind Rick Astley are pushing for that #1 - His album has been reduced to £4.99 on iTunes, With sales so close could be the difference between #1 or #2!
June 14, 20169 yr Seems the team behind Rick Astley are pushing for that #1 - His album has been reduced to £4.99 on iTunes, With sales so close could be the difference between #1 or #2! OMG! These People are so desperate. They are ready to do everything. :drama: On the other hand, I'm really surprised that Adele's Send My Love is not climbing the midweek chart. :o
June 15, 20169 yr I'm impressed how well Zara Larsson is doing in the UK , 4th consecutive top 20 in a row
June 15, 20169 yr OMG! These People are so desperate. They are ready to do everything. :drama: You have to admire the effort to get that Number 1, today he is even appearing on "Loose Women" I guess he will be discussing the wilderness years... So far this week, Album signings in store (in London & Manchester), Day-time TV appearance, Reduction in download price, Tour announced, Hard-luck story about Cd's being trashed, Strong Radio Support (Radio 2 and talkradio), Surprise performances, Suggesting in interviews that Album is inspired by Adele. Any more Publicity he can squeeze out of the week? To paraphrase his main hit "He's never gonna give it up".
June 15, 20169 yr From Minty on Twitter:- Drake is sneaking up behind Kungs Vs Cookin’ On 3 Burners like someone offended that an artist could have such an appalling name." Only 14 copies between Odell and Astley!

June 15, 20169 yr Argh, it's going to go the wrong way on both isn't it. I'd love Kungs/Odell victories but instead Drake yet again and Rick Astley are looking more and more likely :drama: One Dance will still be #1 when it's left the sales top ten at this rate!
June 15, 20169 yr Author It'd be a 10th week :( Feels ridiculous now when it's only selling 40% of what Kungs is selling on iTunes now, and there isn't THAT huge a gap on streaming compared to before.
