Why did he get S/off this time?

Kicked a water bottle after Pogba was (correctly) booked for diving.

I was at the game today, very open match. United had chances yes, but it is a stretch to say they were dominant or we were holding on. West Ham had the better chances to win and Fletcher should have scored at the end really. Was hungover so didn't think the atmosphere was that great and Mourinho getting sent off was hilarious!
I am not sure that we watched the same match.

Yeah the atmosphere was a little flat at times but it'll still be better than in the return fixture.

Saw motd - bit arrogant of Herrera in his interview - it's all so unlucky for us we deserved to win had all the chances and the goal keeper was motm - but you didn't win Ander and West Ham take home a point so it doesn't matter.....and show some respect to your opponents for a change!

Because Ander Herrera is known notoriously for being a mean, disrespectful little so and so...
Watch him during he games - always mouthing at the ref - good player though!
I still don't see how him being passionate about his teams performance equates to him being arrogant/disrespectful to his opponent?
But yeah, in terms of consistent performance level, him, Bailly and Tony V have probably been our best three players this season.

Is pre-match ritual is to text his mum. By all accounts he's very like Mata in that he's a genuinely nice guy.

I'd agree with those three Cass. I'd also probably have Blind and Mata rounding out the top 5. Blind is criminally underrated and Mata has been playing so well under a manager everyone assumed would just sell him

Mata is a nice guy and great player. Herrera was very arrogant in the interview - he implies they deserved to win all the games and the opponent parked the bus! I also don't like his attitude on the pitch when he talks to the ref and confronts some opposition team mates instead of letting the ref make the decision.

Let's be honest this debate just boils down to the rivalry between Liverpool & Man United. If Ander Herrera was playing for West Brom and he said whatever it was that he said then I'm sure no one would be having this conversation now.

Well yes, this.

I did also instantly think Mata as soon as I pressed post, Silas. He's been our best attacking outlet by a mile this campaign.

Eagerly awaiting Leeds/Liverpool tonight. It's win-win really. I don't follow Leeds enough to remember the last time they got a good thrashing but it's always pleasant to see.

Well yeh that's true 😄 But I did concede I like Juan Mata 😜

We need a weekend of football remembered for the right reasons after the Colombia crash and historic abuse.

Chelsea looked really good against Man City and played like potential champions, their performance reminded me a lot of Leicester's performance at the Etihad last season. Quite funny that all of the goals were scored by Chelsea players

It was only a matter of time before City were going to be found out after some incredibly lucky results the last few weeks.

Huge statement from Chelsea, 8 wins a row since the formation change, they could run away with it like 2 seasons ago.

City falling apart spectacularly is always beautiful to see. Even if it comes at the hands of the darker blue arseholes. I will hide in the safety of Salford for the rest of the day and abandon my trip to town. Safer for me and my car (which landed by pure coincidence a license plate that reads Man United)

Gonna have to take Aguero out of my fantasy team now :( , and putting him back in eventually will destroy my finances and get me deductions :drama:
