Spurs have won 8 games in a row or something? I can't see them winning every single remaining game. In great form but they will come stuck at some point. They will still get beat/draw against Arsenal.

Guess this is what happens when Chelsea have a few injuries. Would be interesting if they post Hazard/Costa/Kante for more than a handful games at a time like all the other clubs have had. Not sure they would be this far ahead in the title race. Fair play Man Utd though, good result for them (keeps you out of 6th :D).

I love how there's no mention of Rojo as you rant about Chelsea players that should have been punished 😛

Tottenham wont lose against Arsenal at home where they've been destroying teams left, right and centre, especially the way that Arsenal are at the moment. A draw is the worst thing that could happen to them I think. It's Chelsea's run-in and not having much time left in the season that will stop them from overtaking.

I would make Tottenham the early favourites for next season's Premier League but pre-season can and often does dramatically change things.

I didn't see much of the match but from what I've heard it was a tactical masterclass from Mourinho and Ander Herrera had Eden Hazard in his pocket for the whole match. I'm still not expecting us to finish in the top 4 but at least we'll push Man City close and there is still the Europa League to focus on.

I did mention Rojo...... if you're trying to say that Rojo should have been carded then you either didn't watch the game or need an eye test coz for once Rojo didn't do anything questionable. Even when Costa started cheating coz he couldn't handle defenders actually defending he kept his cool.

@Rooney - 7 iirc as they equalled their personal best with that last win. Only real loss they suffer was Courtois. All their midfield/attack was in place, it was just nullified by old school man-marking and solid defending.

They're as bad as each other but Rojo is a dirty wee shite and you know it!!

Spurs can be like Everton. It doesn't matter in how great a form they are, against Arsenal their record is fairly poor. It's got a lot better recently, but I would always back Arsenal to get a draw. They're in great form, but generally speaking great form does not last forever.

Spurs also have no chance of winning the league next year. Not a hope. That is presuming they move to Wembley of course.

Rojo should have been sent off twice this year, that's it. Hardly comparable to Costa's antics and wholly f***ing irrelevant when you're talking about yesterday's match.

Not sure why you're so bitter, didn't you win on Saturday to stay in 3rd?

John Terry has announced that he is going to leave Chelsea at the end of the season. I don't blame him, I doubt that he would get much more opportunities at Chelsea now with how the other defenders have performed this season and he's getting on in age as well.
It shows how far United have fallen that they're reduced to the role of potential kingmakers in the title chase. Will be interesting to see if they're still in the top 4 race after the Manchester derby.

The sardine said that he was leaving last season and then was given a new contract.

We're still well above West Ham though...........

Yeah I remember that, but I think he will leave this time.

But West Ham are a mid-table side whose owners are quite literally, clueless.

Man Utd are currently right now everything they have taken the piss out of for the past 25 years! Not saying it's any of you guys, but after the Chelsea result yesterday, loads of Man Utd fans think the title is on next year :D

Yeah why shouldn't we think that the title is on next season? we're 22 games unbeaten at the moment in the league, if we turn all these draws into wins next season then we could put up a good challenge.

You may as well wonder what would have happened if half of those draws had been defeats (other than an even more laughable home record)
At this moment you can't rule practically half the league out of the title next season. Leicester won it after finishing 14th the previous season, Chelsea will probably win it after finishing 10th, if the trend continues perhaps 6th this year will take it!

Lol at a Man United fan justifying their underachievement by comparing their season to West Ham. Becoming increasingly small time no? ;)

We've lost less amount of times than the league leaders, we have the longest unbeaten run in the league and we are capable of beating every team in the division. I see no reason why it can't be possible to challenge for the Premier League title next season. I'm not saying that we're going to win it because we probably wont but it's definitely a possibility.

Soy Adrián was having a go at Man United saying that they've fallen far but how can a West Ham fan judge Man United when they're sitting in 13th place and have been battling relegation all season?

Laughing at the misfortune of others is one of the ways to enjoy what has by all accounts been a miserable season. I'm sure United fans were able to laugh when Liverpool failed to win the league in 2014, despite finishing 7th yourselves.

I find United particularly amusing because you deluded yourselves into thinking that you had it in you for a title challenge this season, and spent the money to match.

You're hard to beat - but come off it, the referee helped you a way along the unbeaten run! I just think Mourinho misses the point. It's not about the best players, its about the best team. I could possibly see you challenging (mind you if you look back at the "experts" half of them had you down as title winners!) but still far away from winning the league. Not enough goals in your team.
