Stoke vs West Ham will be the 4-4 thriller this season :lol: (how times have changed!)

The Man Utd vs Watford game was very frustrating to watch from start to finish, it was like a flashback to the Louis Van Gaal days. I still have faith and belief that we'll turn things around once Mourinho figures out what the best XI is and Pogba will definitely come good eventually which will hopefully shut all the haters up. At the end of the day Paul Pogba didn't decide the fee that his transfer would be worth so it's unfair for people to constantly throw that at him.

In other news what on earth is happening to Stoke at the moment? they are like a goal factory for the opposition at the moment, Mark Hughes probably looking to be the first manager to get sacked this season.

 

Rooney needs to be dropped. I think if you do that, then you can play your players in their actual positions.

 

Stoke is a weird one, they have a really decent squad but they look terrible. Crazy that after 5 games it actually looks like Hughes might get the sack.. :lol:

They had a sluggish start last year. I agree, he's in real danger though. Still think it will be another couple of games yet.

 

Must admit, it's funny how the wheels are already starting to come off at Man Utd. I thought it would take ages before Mourinho lost the dressing room. Within 6 weeks he's already thrown players under the bus and some of the seniors are leaking stories to the press (just like at Real Madrid & Chelsea!).

Can't see Hughes being under serious threat unless they were still bottom 3 at say, Christmas period. It just highlights how much they miss Shaqiri really (and their defence seems to have forgotten how to defend at the same time).

 

Mind you, managers have been sacked for less in the not too distant past.

Wow! If that happens then it looks like my prediction of Francesco Guidolin being the first manager to get sacked might come true. I think Giggs would be better off managing a team in the Championship first then work his way up to the Premier League, managing Swansea would be a bit like being thrown in at the deep end. I know he managed Man Utd but that was only for a few games until Louis Van Gaal arrived.

I really hope Pogba scores today and Man Utd win, 2 goals and 2 dabs from Pogba today would go down very well.

I really fancy Leicester to get a result today.

4-0 up at half time! Paul Pogba is the man of the match so far for me and when he scored I was very happy for him. Is this what happens when Rooney doesn't play for us?

Absolutely quality match that. Destroyed Leicester in the first half, they looked like relegation fodder not the bloody champions!! We weren't as good second half and let them get a goal in. (Bloody good strike from Grey that)

 

Very happy with that. Romney came on and didn't suck as well so that was decent. I'd maybe have started Carrick in a midfield 3 but other than that I'd say that was probably our best game of the season.

I was tempted to write something along those lines when it was 4-0 at half time but decided against it :lol:

 

 

 

We did well but that's exactly what we should be doing. We brushed them aside just as Liverpool and Chelsea have done previously. That's the ballpool we should be aiming for. I know Leicester are champions but at times this season they've been woeful. Hopefully this new look to the side can have a few good games of similar scoreline to build some momentum before our next 'big' match.

And it won't be too long a wait. Disregarding our Europa League ties where I assume we'll play a vastly different line-up, after Stoke we have Liverpool, Chelsea then City all in a row.

Jose wants to win the Europa League though, so I don't imagine it'll be a hugely changed team. Rooney might get a token run out :lol:

Which tasted much sweeter when I was proved wrong. An improvement for us against Leicester hopefully we can build on that.
