I can see why Arsenal fans are having a meltdown, but it's baffling. Getting beat at the Etihad isn't that bad, sure Man City have not been in great form, but they're too good a side to be down for too long. I think the Leicester result had a massive barring. Arsenal have a stretch of about 6-8 very winnable games now. The title is not won and lost in December. The only thing I would say, is that I think the Arsenal squad lacks hunger when things get slightly tough in game. Either way, there's a long, long way to yet.

Majority of the Arsenal fanbase are impatient and melodramatic that's part of the problem, they also have a tendency to get carried out away when they are top of the table in October and I think this mentality filters down to the players. For players like Ozil, Iwobi, Oxlade-Chamberlain their first thought after winning a game is to take a selfie instead of calming themselves down and focusing on the next game and looking at the bigger picture which is how things will be at the end of the season.

As it stands now Man United have done worse than them so far this season in the league but you don't see many overreactions from our fans on the scale of Arsenal.

Almost makes me glad I'm NOT a fan of Arsenal....seeing the habitual rabid fan meltdowns.....I think I saw somewhere that the Arsenal fans just need to get a grip on reality, and not be so anal about things....I surely don't go all wonky when Bournemouth or Swansea have bad days, and I'm a fan of both from across the pond....granted, Swansea are in the fight of their lives right now being in the relegation zone right now, but, I'm not sweating it....if they're relegated, I'm not going to have a cow over it....

I can understand their frustrations though, it's like they're always in-and around and the same things happen every year without fail. It's annoying and frustrating of course, but sometimes you don't know how good you have it. I mean take Manchester United, I think their fans are slowly getting used to the fact you have become the new Liverpool, but it's not been an easy few years. I suspect something similar may happen at Arsenal.

Great win for Liverpool, keeps us in the pack before a busy Christmas period!

Yeh keeps us away from united and Spurs battling for 4th spot - need to keep winning though - City in a few weeks!

I bet when Alan Pardew did this dance he couldn't have imagined that he'd be jobless by the end of the year , a very cruel Christmas present to Alan Pardew from the board members of Crystal Palace though.

Sam Allardyce is the new manager of Crystal Palace. Only in football can someone who is basically a criminal get a high profile job 3 months after getting caught, same thing goes for managers who regularly get sacked at each and every club that they manage.

We can probably expect Alan Pardew to be back in the Premier League before the end of the season!

Indeed it's ridiculous that Alardyce is back so quickly and easily!

Not sure Pardew will be back in the Premier League for a while.. I can't see any Premier League club going for him. Drop down to the Championship is likely imo. I mean, he only got the Palace job because he used to play for themm.

With big Sam snapped up, I can see him potentially being a target for Swansea. Less so Sunderland.
I would say Pardew Will get another chance - he was doing fine at Newcastle and no surprise they went down when he left - I always thought he left for Palace because he wanted to go as he was a player there?
That goal from Mkhitaryan. Wow. Just wow. Absolutely spectacular!!! (And yes probably a yard offside)

Great goal, but a yard offside, so technically shouldn't be a goal. Laughable if it wins goal of the season!

It's not looking good for Brad Bobley! Swansea hammered at home against West Ham 4-1, they look like near certainties to get relegated at the moment.

If Swansea sack him then they deserve to get relegated. Not saying he is a great manager, but their squad is pretty poor and he's been in charge, what 10 games? There's ages left to go yet. But if they have any chance or surviving, they need to pick up their home form. Take Burnley and Middlesborough, both doing exceptionally well at home.

Is it bad I actually preferred the Borini goal? Sure, Micky's was technically more impressive but Borini's looked more spectacular on telly (& wasn't offside). Pissed off it cost me a clean sheet on Fantasy Footy tho...

Borini's was a quality goal like!

I'm not so bothered about it being fractionally offside as we should have had a penalty in the first half so it all evens out in the end.

Bradley is defo on life support. I'd be surprised if Swansea weren't lining up a replacement right now tbh. 10 games is no time but so many clubs and fans are so impatient that instant success is the only thing that matters. Swansea could do with going down to come back up. Would humble their owners a bit and be a good refresh for them.
