My issue is still how the song goes nowhere after the key change - there is opportunity for the pace to slow before the key change, a middle eight, another chorus. Something.

 

It just repeats the same line for another minute. It's too much.

Underwhelmed by the first minute or so but it really picks up. Properly love the crowd / Mark Ronson moments when it all gets more frantic and love the touch of having her actually alone the whole time and the people around her merely being an illusion? Quite a damning statement.

 

Farrrr from her best but overall it does the job well and breathes a bit of life / adds some context to the song.

It's still quite lacking lacking in anything exciting though. It matches the song but the camera work is a bit too frantic and there's not much going on. The whole scenario is giving me serious 5th single teas.

I said it was boring like the MM video, obviously MM is worse. This just doesn't compare on any level to any of her previous videos. :(

Well it goes well with the song in the sense that I don't know what to think of it haha. Feel a bit dizzy after watching it tbh :lol: will watch it when I get home from work. It's certainly thrilling with all its editing and the cinematography on the whole is gorgeous!!

 

She looks absolutely amazing though! More casual Gaga, please Gaga.

I'm pretty sure this cropped shirt and shorts look is going to become synonymous with this era! (Also think we'll be getting the 'lady gaga' crop she's been wearing as merch👀)

 

This video was pretty much what i expected, a really intense visual which fits perfectly with the song but by no means iconic on its own. Don't think this is gonna help much with the charts :kink:
