Drew vs. Karrion at Survivor Series then?

A fresh match up. Yes please. It's usually brand v brand though so goodness knows who will be raw champion, maybe Kross.

There are more former wrestlers expected for Smackdown tonight too.

Johnny Wrestling returns to WWE

Johnny Gargano an veteran of the NXT brand made his surprise return to WWE and officially made his first appearance as a fully fledged member of the main roster. He let his contract run out in December last year whilst also taking time away to focus on his newborn child. Johnny was greeted by 'Johnny Wrestling' chants from the fans in Canada. He also happened to state he returned to fulfill his goals of winning championships on the main roster before getting interrupted by former The Way stablemate Austin Theory who with his MITB briefcase resorted to insult Gargano which all led to a super kick from the former NXT Champion in response to Austin wanting a high five!

With so many stars being brought back and the return of Prizefighter KO. We are truly in a new era for WWE!

It seems like since Triple H took over the momentum is shifting from AEW to WWE. There are quite a lot of things falling apart in AEW right now and you get the feeling that wrestlers will begin to jump ship from AEW to WWE.

Clash At The Castle is tomorrow. For the first time in 2 years I think Roman Reigns could lose the Universal Championship to Drew McIntyre, there will probably never be a title reign as long as Roman's again.
Thank goodness tbh. I know people moaned about Romans failed face turn but this reign has been dragged on too long now. Keep him as a heel but without them titles for a long while now would be preferable.

So I've not seen CATC yet but I know Roman retained thanks to another family member helping. Sigh.

At least the Dominik heel turn happened after all this will he won't he who ha!

I watched it and I thought it was a very enjoyable show, probably my favourite WWE ppv of the year so far. The crowd in the stadium were on fire for the whole event as UK crowds typically are and I don't think there was a single bad match on the show. Sheamus Vs Gunther was my favourite match, it was hard hitting brawl from start to finish.

Brays back! Was going to watch ER last night but my laptop played up and is at the repairers so will catch up with in the week hopefully.
Premium Live Event Day 1 which was first introduced this year has been cancelled next year and seemingly for good so a two month gap between Survivor Series and Royal Rumble!

That's a shame, I would have looked forward to it as I previously saw it on the PPV schedule.

So what did we make of Crown Jewel then?

I've only seen Bobby and Brocks match and that was solid. I pesumed they did a wonky ending to set up for a rematch.

Braun and Omos got positive feedback too apparently. Logan has also sustained the same injury that Seth had in 2015 too.

On an aside note WWE are running their first world cup tournament this week.

I only watched the ladies matches, both really good to say we've seem the same bunch over and over lately.

Not sure where they are going with Nikki Cross, I don't really enjoy when superstars flit between face and heel, I'm assuming Natalya is face again. I wasn't expecting Alexa to go back down the Bray Wyatt route either.

I haven't seen much else but I've seen the picture shots of Bayley on top of Bianca's cart thing getting spread on social media  Could care less about Natalya at this stage, solid worker but not much to really get invested in with her for me. She'd probably benefit being a manager again now with the odd wrestling like Zelina is doing.

I'm liking this new vicious side of Bobby and Austin Theory losing his cash in tells me that Triple H is holding fort on him for a bit before re pushing him up and into serious Universal Title contention same with KO.

Mia Yim also returned last night and it appears it's the end for the 24/7 Title too.

Survivor Series Wargames card update

5 On 5 Survivor Series Elimination Wargames Match : Damage CTRL, Nikki Cross and Rhea Ripley vs Bianca Belair, Alexa Bliss, Asuka, Mia Yim & TBA

Smackdown Women's Championship : Ronda Rousey vs Shotzi

AJ Styles vs Finn Balor

More TBA soon
