Posted November 12, 20168 yr can you spot the one-hit wonders? got 14/15 myself had no idea Rednex had another hit, lol.
November 12, 20168 yr 14/15 I could have sworn Lou Bega had another minor track, just outside the top 40 though, I think.
November 12, 20168 yr 10/15 Rednex, Vanessa, Lou Bega, Eamon and Las Ketchup were the ones I messed up on
November 12, 20168 yr 9/15 I was wrong on Eamon, Daniel Powter, Lou Bega, 3 Of A Kind, Chesney Hawkes and Rednex.
November 12, 20168 yr 15/15. Not that I'm boasting or anything. I was a bit wary about Owl City because his other hit was a collaboration, but they did count it.
November 12, 20168 yr 14/15 I could have sworn Lou Bega had another minor track, just outside the top 40 though, I think. I thought "I got a girl" charted Edited November 12, 20168 yr by eurovision4ever
November 12, 20168 yr 12/15. Missed Eamon, Chesney Hawkes and Vanessa Paradis, the latter two were a bit before my time so no tears shed. I'm really surprised Daniel Powter was close percentage-wise, he's one of the biggest one hit wonders ever for me.
November 12, 20168 yr I'm really surprised Daniel Powter was close percentage-wise, he's one of the biggest one hit wonders ever for me. Interestingly, he would have had another top 40 hit, as "Free Loop" sold enough copies for a chart placing. However, the CD single featured a version of "Bad Day" on it, and as that song was still top 40 at the time, chart rules at the time made it ineligible to chart. Wonder if he'd have had a longer lasting career if that hadn't happened. Got 14/15, got the Vanessa Paradis one wrong.
November 13, 20168 yr Daniel Powter did almost have a second hit with 'Free Loop', but it was DQ'd because it had 'Bad Day' on the B-side.
