Listened to it a few more times and as an avid dance/pop listener, I have to say I am kinda disappointed.

The song is about the liberation from breaking up but the message is so simple that it dumb down the lyrics, to the extent that it is really just an average pop song.

Preach!!

Sounded pretty good but not amazing. Interesting decision to switch it up so much but it looks as though it'll be very successful.
I'm really liking this after my first few listens, very commercial but yet still feels like it could grow further. It's just got too many hooks!
This is EXCELLENT, I was a casual fan in the first era but this has far surpassed any expectations I had

This is such an incredible song. Very catchy yet nothing like what's in the charts at the moment. I'd say it's very brave!

Now in an ideal world this would be a massive hit but I can't see it going much higher than top 20 unfortunately, especially with Ed Sheeran hanging about.

I love this more with each listen, I still find the chorus kinda generic, Idk there's something about it but the verses are flawless, the build up before the chorus with those drums *.*!!!
I'm with Tyler. This is very much a 7/10 sort of song (so of course in Lorde terms it's "1111111/10". x) It's good, but nowhere near the best of the year, for me! :o

UTTERLY incredible, what a talented lyricist / pop person

i could write a weighty paragraph essay on this and may well do at a later date

the buildup + chorus is giving me Bastille teas

what an HORRIFIC way to think

That last minute is still giving me life. What a fabulous song.
what an HORRIFIC way to think

this, I love Green Light but she's not in the same league as Bastille
