New single from Katy Perry called "Chained to the Rhythm", which features Skip Marley. The track, which will be released this Friday, is expected to be performed at the GRAMMYs two days later.

Perry is expected to premiere a new song called "Chained to the Rhythm" featuring Skip Marley on Friday, Billboard has learned. It seems likely this could be the song she performs at Sunday's Grammy Awards.

Excited that we could be getting new music so soon but as much as I like reggae music, a reggae feature doesn't exactly get me hyped for the pop banger I was hoping for :lol: We'll see but yayyy at her being back soon :w00t:

A reggae artist featuring doesn't get me NOT hyped, I mean Popcaan has that kind of vibe at the moment and if Katy brought something kinda dancehall influenced then I would so be there. She's never been one to take too many risks with her big comebacks so I'd be surprised to see her releasing a reggae song first.

is she going to try and remake 'Side To Side' then?

I'm hoping for a big comeback single.
