Pushing #3 down to #15% is the biggest lead I've ever seen on iTunes I think?

I'm sure I've seen it go under 10% - possibly something like Band Aid 30. Did Adele not manage that in 2015 with 'Hello'?

Sad day for iTunes charts
I hope Ed does well this week, although I prefer Castle on the Hill out of the two.

You never know...

Lol and it's 11am. It will get down to 7+/-%, number 3 I'm talking about. He's the definition of huge.

Band Aid 30 pushed #2 down to at least 7.81%:

Could we have to start referring to Adele as the female ed sheeran soon
Well... knock me down with a duster... no contest next week, its more of a race of which track will be at #1  they are both on par practically.
After hearing both tracks... Castle of the Hill sounds better than Shape Of You
Ed Sheeran bossing it, after the huge "X" era his next proper single was always going to be big. Out of the two, I prefer "Shape Of You" it sounds more current to me.
If both tracks are streaming practically the same, its going to be hard to predict which track will be at #1, until one of the tracks start drifting away from each other. He could be replacing himself in the mids all week
Wow insane lead for Ed, both cracking songs do slightly prefer Castle. Think both songs will do 100k easily on downloads this week based on the current Kworb numbers. I can both of them reaching no.1 at some point.
My initial instinct is that 'Shape Of You' is going to be the bigger hit, and that they won't be knocking each other off of number 1.

Digital Sales Data has estimated that Shape of You has sold 47k and Castle on the Hill has sold 45k already :o Ed's coming to secure the top 2 spots for next Friday on day 1, without even taking streams into account  Amazing!
For some reason the way he's released two songs at the same time (like the old days of double A-sides) I can't help but think of Victoria Beckham's Let Your Head Go/This Groove. Just obviously more successfully.
