Halsey has a pretty big fanbase, I'd expect her to reach top 100 at least. I put top 40 as I assumed she'd go top 50 on Spotify first-day. We'll see, though.

Chainsmokers should manage a quick start on both sales & streams, Halsey apparently has a huge following plus the single sounds big

 

The nu Tiesto just sounds like a forgettable attempt to mash This Girl and Prayer In C

 

Haven't heard any of these but I'd say Chainsmokers top 20 and Halsey top 40 (if it's a commercial single)

 

Tiesto will probably go top 100 as he's a big enough name for first week sales (Summer Nights went top 60 first week although that was helped by a John Legend feature)

 

Grey are definitely not known enough for a top 100 debut.
