Quite honestly, if I were in England I would vote for whatever party you were opposed to if this is the level of intellectual discourse than I am to expect from "campaigning online".

It's called a typo!

Why oh why are Labour letting Dianne Abbott do TV and radio interviews? She did a car crash one this morning with Nick Ferrari on LBC and was asked how many new police officers they'd hire. OMG I read about it on DS then heard a bit of it when they replayed a clip on Daily Politics. She said they'd cost 200k at first and was in a right fluster. You could hear her rustling papers as she stumbled over words out, eventually saying £80 million! Luckily for her Andrew Neil doesn't do DP on Tuesdays but thought Dianne was going to explode at Jo Coburn. She was angry, claimed that was her 7th interview of the day so no wonder she was having problems and she got it right in all the other six beforehand!

I can see them losing a few extra seats every time Dianne gets her figures muddled up. Can you imagine her as Home Secretary? *SHUDDERS*

Edited by common sense

Tbf, after a long morning it's understandable you'd make a few mistakes but her answer to the police question was hilarious  I'd love if the BBC/media gave as much attention to Tory mishaps though.

Wonder if it's On Youtube or does LBC have a Listen Again facility. Honestly folks it was funny. She was totally flustered and tongue-tied.

Well, there was May's promise to do all in her power to prevent tourism. Then there was the time she forgot where she was and just said how pleased she was to be in "this town". There was also Boris Johnson's promise to back the Americans' Korean policy before he was slapped down by May. That's just three examples which would have dominated the news for ages if it had been a Labour gaffe.

Or the fact that she went to a hut in Aberdeenshire in a seat they totally hope to win, bussed in support for the hut. Ignored locals then she went door knocking with Ruth and got told straight by one person (yelling from their garden) they weren't interested and then ignored by everyone else they tried.

Jeremy Corbyn's Labour are just the gift that keeps on giving when it comes to incompetence. The Conservatives are going to win this election by a clear mile.

There's still that little matter of alleged electoral fraud which could throw a spanner in the works.

How much space did the Tory press devote to May's claim that the reasons so many nurses were using food banks were complex? There is nothing complex about it at all. They are using food banks BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY. The reason they don't have enough money is because they are not paid enough by their employer -Theresa May's government.

There's still that little matter of alleged electoral fraud which could throw a spanner in the works.

I would love to see Mundell nicked!!! Praying this happens just before postal votes start and is a major scandal. We'd have a good shot at 59 seats if it did.

How democratic.
