We might have up to three sales top 40 Eurovision hits this week then.

 

Would be nice to see City Lights get an add on a prominent Spotify playlist, there's clearly interest in the song and it would hardly stick out like a sore thumb like Lucie/Salvador. Her record label could do worse than to give it a proper push.

 

If Salvador can chart in the top 75 officially - highly unlikely I know with no streaming interest - we could have two foreign language hits simultaneously *.*

You just reminded me that Sanna was very lucky to scrape top 40 back then because it was only weeks before streaming became eligible.

Loooool at this considering we gave them 10 points in the televoting. Obviously has nothing to do with our significant Polish population!

That's mostly the Eurovision songs I expected to see doing well, even though it was the winner, I didn't think Salvador would be doing quite that well, it doesn't strike me as any sort of hit (unless there's a streaming playlist).

 

I'm actually most surprised to see that ONUKA is making an impact at all, I didn't think people paid attention to the intervals anymore. It was a good one but did not call that.

I came here to post something very similar haha! Impressed by the iTunes performance of ONUKA. Pleased that it stood out and appealed in the way that it has. The first Jadakissnia BJSC entrant to make (small) waves on iTunes *.*

Incredible performance by Salvador Sobral - not only winning the televote and getting 8 from us (it would have been 10 had the diaspora not been out to play) - but now highest entry on our iTunes. Incidentally Bulgaria who got 12 on our televote only 6th highest on iTunes (excluding UK) - that's a bit surprising.

 

If Salvador can place in the UK Top 75 next week that'd be a fantastic result to be fair.

Just dont get the Salvador song, we all found it a total cringe and actually voted it bottom by a long way.

I think Lucie seemed a little lightweight and straining, she has done it better before but hey it was good in front of that massive audience....

Well that depends if they get any radio play. The Blanche song has a chance of that.... a small chance mind you...

City Lights would be a hit with airplay. Considering Radio 1 are still yet to playlist the current UK #1 however, I think the chances of them playlisting some random 17 year old from the Eurovision Song Contest is slim
