May 26, 20178 yr I do like quite a few past Ora singles but this is pish- more inoffensive semi-tropical for the spotify charts + where's the chorus
May 26, 20178 yr it's nice, certainly a lot more chilled than what I was expecting from her after two years away but it's definitely a smash I think despite using the tired tropical sound that's been infecting everyone's music in the past year. it's instant as well for me. obviously it's no 'I Will Never Let You Down' but it'll do! May 27, 20178 yr Can't get enough of this. Don't even want to know how many times I've played it already 🙃 Absolutely adore the artwork too 👌🏼
May 28, 20178 yr I really like it! It feels like ages since I've properly enjoyed a Rita Ora song
May 29, 20178 yr Reminds me of Poison or IWNLYD, chillednouy rnb vibed pop. It's a solid niche and sets her apart. I like it! Thanks to Jonjo and Cremey for the link too.
May 29, 20178 yr Still really not getting this, I've given it countless chances but I just find it too basic and doesn't go anywhere. It's alright to the point I wouldn't change the station if it was on the radio and would probably bop if I was in a good mood or drunk, but it's the least I've liked a single of hers where she's the lead (obviously the meh ones like that New York one and Lay Down Your Weapons are worse).
May 29, 20178 yr I love it! I love Rita too but it's disappointing she doesn't have a defined sound. I feel like every release is totally different and I haven't worked out if its a good or bad thing
May 30, 20178 yr Really? I feel it's a very natural evolution of the Let You Down / Poison sound. Great single. Her 1 Big Weekend set was so phenomenal.
May 30, 20178 yr That's because it is. Her style now is basic throwaway mellow pop. It won't last the ages but it will keep a fanbase so propa to her. It is very of the moment, designed for radio, inoffensive pop.
