I stopped stanning for her a bit over Prism and the Rise made me so upset with how bad it was but these three songs have been fresh, different and exciting. I'm glad she's not on auto pilot because her formula would have started to get tired.

May 19, 20178 yr Author This is f***ing brilliant. I don't care if this era flops. This is the most exciting Katy's music has ever been for me, including in the 'Teenage Dream' era. I really appreciate when someone as big as her really pushes herself like these new songs are doing. There is a lovely carefree "f*** it" type attitude to just releasing what she wants, and this seems particularly free in that way. I'm jammin.
