September 28, 20177 yr Not sure whether Clean Bandit would better in the pop forum now, their recent singles haven't been very dancey! LOG OFF NOW. They are dance hun x
September 28, 20177 yr Not sure whether Clean Bandit would better in the pop forum now, their recent singles haven't been very dancey! as you've seen explained multiple times before - an artist doesnt simply get "moved" from one genre to another. besides, Symphony and Rockabye are both dance songs, a dance song doesn't have to be fast and lively ;0
September 28, 20177 yr LOG OFF NOW. They are dance hun x Well we shall see with this one but I would call Symphony and Rockabye more dance-pop rather than dance. Their biggest hit Rather Be wasn't really dance either I would say, more R&B than anything. Extraordinary, Stronger, Tears, Real Love and Mozart's House I would all consider dance though so I guess Clean Bandit often go between dance and pop. I hope this new one is more dancey than their recent stuff though!
September 28, 20177 yr as you've seen explained multiple times before - an artist doesnt simply get "moved" from one genre to another. ALMA was recently moved from dance to pop! :) I do think The Chainsmokers should have been moved to pop for their later singles too, they will probably for their next album thread though! :D Edited September 28, 20177 yr by NorthsideHisser
September 28, 20177 yr Excited for this! Love "Issues" so much but Julia's EP was somewhat disappointing otherwise. Hope this is better than "Disconnect" x
September 28, 20177 yr Excited for this! Love "Issues" so much but Julia's EP was somewhat disappointing otherwise. Hope this is better than "Disconnect" x The Disconnect released version was amazing though imo! Deserved a proper release though :(
September 28, 20177 yr 'Disconnect' was so bad considering the names involved. It should've and could've been so much better. No wonder Clean Bandit shelved it for a while.
September 28, 20177 yr The Disconnect released version was amazing though imo! Deserved a proper release though :( It was given a proper release, this is 2017.
September 28, 20177 yr Featuring Julia Michaels supposedly!!!! Yasssss  Urgh, what an uninspired choice. I suppose Clean Bandit should at the very least make this song listenable given their impressive return to form of late.
September 28, 20177 yr It was given a proper release, this is 2017. I mean with some AirPlay and promo. :)
September 28, 20177 yr rather be was an urban BANGER tbh, jess glynnes bars >> It was more of an R&B/pop ballad with a little dance influence but I certainly wouldn't call Rather Be dance and it shouldn't imo be eligible for the dance #1s of the 10s thread when that comes around. September 28, 20177 yr I mean with some AirPlay and promo. :) It was performed at Glastonbury? Nobody cared about it because it was two years too late.

Honestly. It's such a bore and a chore to read you constantly be pedantic about things. Clean Bandit are a Dance group, regardless of whether they have a couple of pop with r&b and dancehall and latin and metal and whatever else influences.

Clean Bandit are a Dance group, regardless of whether they have a couple of pop with r&b and dancehall and latin and metal and whatever else influences. THANK YOU. This is actually unbearable to keep reading this same shit all the time, it's actually f***ing painful. Stop bleating on. P.S. hearing 'Rather Be' described as R&B is about as ridiculous as that time he claimed 'Work From Home' is supposedly "tropical house".
