I got it as Christmas gift, but only standard version. I'm still shocked that the album's lead single (Party For One) is only on the deluxe edition, because it's my favorite track from this era. Right now I'm also disappointed with the album's sound, hope it will change for the better if I'm listening to it a few more times.

I’d recommend giving it time, the songs creep up on you rather than smack you over the head on the first listen. It’s a fantastic, classy pop album!

I got the deluxe version because I like party for one but I find it strange when artists include lead singles on the deluxe edition only. Madonna has done it twice now with her last two albums.

I was trashing the album when I got it, but I have to say, you were right, Jay: The more I've listened to it, the more I fell in love with it.

HYPE! i actually really liked this, obvs nothing to emotion but a really really solid album

Omw tbh this album is a grower, not as solid as Emotion but still 7 or 8 good tracks and 4 or 5 excellent ones! Now That I Found You & Want You in My Room are super :D

Surely this cover would have made the most sense as Side A, and the back shot (on the actual album cover) as Side B? :lol:

The A side has grown on me a lot, especially after seeing her live but this is like instantly brilliant. This is kind of everything the a side should have been.
