The Liverpool-Arsenal game could go either way. Depends which teams turn up. It is interesting Mignolet has seemingly being dropped completely - not totally convinced by Karius yet, but guess we will see.

Sod that  Arsenal were terrible, but we were fantastic. Don't buy the narrative that we are terrible defensively. Hopefully we sweep under the radar. Similar start to last season, just have to maintain the consistency. No way do I see us fighting for the title as our squad is too light if we have any injuries in certain areas, but as usual, I'm fairly confident we will make a good showing for ourselves.

The MOTD highlights didn't even show how there was as much as five minutes stoppage time in the first place! The goal was in the seventh minute but I don't know whether that was one second in (meaning there was only really one more minute added) or towards the end. When five minutes are signalled it is not particularly uncommon for six to be played.

When the clock passed 90 the ref was talking to both managers who'd been arguing for some time, that conversation lasted for almost all of the first minute of injury time. Benik Afobe then went down injured and was subbed, those two would've taken up at least half of the original 5 minutes.

Arsenal are utterly appalling, it's really quite funny.

I don't think Liverpool are that bad defensively, they just seem to embarrassingly cock-up more than most which makes them come across as worse than they are.

We are good at not conceding clear cut chances, but the concentration/ individual mistakes are too high. It's an easy narrative, but also clear why we want Van Dijk as a lot of the goals we concede from set pieces actually come down to lack of aerial ability to attack the ball away.

Very polished performance against a very poor Arsenal and it would seem on social media that the 'Get Wenger Out' has started already. Do Arsenal need to buy a couple before the transfer window. How many today really put their heart into today none.

In the second of my review from today's games.

Expected result really from Chelsea against Everton. Everton had their chances but couldn't convert them, Everton still as expected nowhere near breaking the Top6.

Wenger is naive, which can be a real problem. I think their squad is actually pretty good on paper. The problem imo is Wenger is not sure on the best formation to suit his players. Don't think 3 at the back suits them. Certainly it's not a long term solution.

A fantastic draw for Burnley in a game where Tottenham and Harry Kane couldn't finish the game off. Still after 14 games, Kane hasn't scored in August. They fall asleep there in the last few minutes. An spirited effort from Burnley.
Only a few moments in a bit of a drab derby with West Brom and Stoke City. Both looking improved from last season. An howler from Hegazi for the equalizer that Stoke scored.

Man United had an easy run so far against a team who are playing like relegation fodder, a team who like to build up players to high value, sell them, then use the money to buy lower league tat and then a team who would be evenly matched against them both.

United couldn't have wished for an easier start.

Huddersfield are living the dream, to say I don't care about their good start, as they had less tough opening fixtures than us..... I would be a liar.

The only reason to watch ArsenalFanTV is when they lose "aint it blud?"

Arsenal just the gift that keeps on giving.

Bilic given a few more games to turn it around. If we lose our first home game against Huddersfield the atmosphere will turn toxic. Plenty of people have commented we give off a QPR/Aston Villa vibe.

Wonder if Arsenal will go in for a few panic buys as they did in 2011 after losing 8-2 to United at this point in the season.

Well what are we supposed to do field a weaker team because it's against a team "expected to lose to us". City have had an easy start too & scraped both their away wins.

It just means we'll have a tough run in the coming months, which I am really looking forward to! Bring on Arsenal

Speaking of Arsenal, the real question is why the f*** do you splash out £50M+ on a centre forward then sit him on the bench for the hardest game of their season so far? And bring in a decent left back & play Bellerín (a right-back) in his position? Wenger has absolutely lost the plot & it's utterly hilarious.

Exactly fam!

Although I wanted the match to be a draw it would have been hilarious to watch the rants over the weekend, quite gutted that I missed out. I'm looking forward to when they travel to Stamford Bridge to play Chelsea in a few weeks time because they're highly likely to lose then which will mean more rants and more "Wenger out".

You can only play what's in front of you. It's the league, every one plays every one twice. Everyone has runs against relegation fodder and people they are expected to beat.

Honestly some people will whine about anything as long as they can whine about united

I fear for Arsenal it seems he has lost some players and others don't want to sign new contracts because of the way the club is.

Surely Wenger will be under pressure this season if it keeps going like this!?

I've just come across this on the BBC football website, you can compare your salary with those of some footballers including big names like Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo & Arjen Robben. The figures for Neymar in particular are mind blowing. I feel a bit sorry for the female footballers listed here for how much less they get compared to the male footballers but then I remember that none of it is going into my pocket anyway

"Its papering over the cracks blud!"

Will be a huge riot if that happens against Chelsea

As for United, I have no venom against them, its just their supporters and pundits gassing over them when they have played 3 teams who won't even challenge for a top 10 slot. It isnt like they played Chelsea, Man City then Spurs for example. I also cannot stand former players talking about their glory days like Charlton, but I've never hated George Best and even read his autobiography once.

You can only beat what's put in front of you, but we are only 3 games into a 38 game season.

That 8-2 match.... United fans keep banging on about that today, although that same season they got smashed 6-1 by their local and bigger rivals, then ended the season trophyless, unlike City and lost the title in the worse way possible.
