A top 10 debut is amazing! Here's a list of songs that debuted in the top 10 this year, and the position they entered at:

Artists for Grenfell - Bridge Over Troubled Water [#1]

Calvin Harris feat. Frank Ocean & Migos - Slide [#10]

Clean Bandit feat. Zara Larsson - Symphony [#6]

DJ Khaled feat. Rihanna & Bryson Tiller - Wild Thoughts [#3]

DJ Khaled feat. Justin Bieber, Quavo, Chance the Rapper & Lil Wayne - I'm the One [#1]

Drake - Passionfruit [#4]

Ed Sheeran - Castle on the Hill [#2]

Ed Sheeran - Galway Girl [#2]

Ed Sheeran - Shape of You [#1]

Harry Styles - Sign of the Times [#1]

Katy Perry feat. Skip Marley - Chained to the Rhythm [#7]

Kygo & Selena Gomez - It Ain't Me [#9]

Liam Payne feat. Quavo - Strip That Down [#3]

Shawn Mendes - There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back [#7]

Stormzy - Big For Your Boots [#8]

The Chainsmokers - Paris [#10]

...plus the Ed Sheeran/Drake album tracks.

So basically, it's just the HUGE names that make it into the top 10 in week 1 (plus the Grenfell charity track). Love them or hate them, the list above is basically all of the big names around right now, so P!nk's in very good company :D

SO she'd be the first solo female this year to do it?

Technically yeah! Although I'd have counted Chained to the Rhythm myself, considering Skip's part is fairly minimal and I doubt he added much star power :kink:

I'm a bit disappointed she won't be an all female top 2 with Dua but that wasn't really gonna happen given streaming.

Top 10 debut for someone 17 years into their career is bloody incredible, I think she'll end up at like #6 by Friday but she'll get top 5 in the coming weeks I feel, streaming is just gonna take a couple of weeks to build enough. She's holding up SO well on itunes *.*

It's really remarkable how well she's held up on iTunes :o For comparison, Calvin's Feels has been pretty stable this week, and has only gained about 0.06 on her. Most artists who rush to #1 will have a similarly quick fall, but that's not happened here! The gap between P!nk and Dua has obviously closed a lot, but that's more because Dua's climbing rather than P!nk falling.

Considering Raise Your Glass missed the top 10 during a time when she was arguably bigger than she is now, anything in the top 10 is FAB. I can see it creeping up in the coming weeks too with the video and her Live Lounge promo.
Is anyone else getting adverts come up on their Facebook saying she is playing Birmingham 14th May??? I googled and nothing has come up saying she's announced or anything.

I've not seen that but she will be touring next year so it is possible :o What is coming up with you click on the ad?

omg yasss for the video might give it a boost to remain top 5?
Really love this, and glad to see it's doing well! Hopefully the music channels will start playing it heavily from Friday, encouraging more people to buy or stream it, in the coming week.

I saw it this morning and haven't seen it since on Facebook which is annoying!

Stoked for the video

Linky poo didn't work for me but I got it on youtube.

Has to be one of the most powerful, thought provoking videos I've ever seen. Utterly stunning, perfectly matching the song and its message and totally current with how

the world is now. Every little detail was planned and executed perfeclty. The sound bites were really chilling too.

The dancing was beautiful and P!nk herself looked gorgeous (not the point of the video obv but stil)

Video of the year. Possibly the last few years.

I love it, the song, the video.....exactly what we need in the world right now.
