They won't merge the positions for iTunes, they'll always be separated. The sales from both go towards Music's Too Sad Without You as an official chart entry, should it actually manage to chart.

 

It's nice to see it in the iTunes Top 100. It'll of course need a considerable boost to have any chance of making the official chart.

 

iTunes merged ALTR on their chart after a couple of weeks on sale. I bought the edit and iTunes now allows me to complete my Golden purchase for 99p less and ALTR album version is showing as purchased. Perhaps it was a glitch but the edit wasn’t showing anywhere in the top 1500 tracks chart after two or three weeks on sale, even during the tour resurgence with R2 airplay.

I’d love nothing more than a physical for this but again I think they would have told us by now? The biggest impact is surely going to be next week after JR and the fact it’s ROTW at R2 so physicals would have tried in nicely.

As i said my hopes for a phyisical are extremely slight.

Remains on the B-list of Radio 2 this week.

I completely missed its addition to the Radio 2 playlist last week. :blush:

Let's hope it is promoted to the A List next update, for at least three weeks....

Impressed that it’s doing well on iTunes already considering the previous singles done nothing until radio edits etc., were released - it must be connecting with the GP from its R2 plays aswell as fans of Jack.

Very pleasing to see it do well already as it means it hasn't got far to climb when promo starts. Can see this easily going Top 20 on iTunes and hopefully that would be enough for an official Top 100 entry if it's sustained!

Would be good if BMG did another 99p Musics Too Sad Remixes bundle in a few weeks also

 

We could also well have another version of Music..... the Xmas Edit! in fact i would be surprised if we dont see more xmas bells than the latest radio edit

Debuts at #36 on UK radio airplay (well, up from #4618! :P ).

Up to 54 on iTunes even with all new releases. Needs to try stay top 75 today ahead of tomorrow promo. Any Spotify playlist? Probably not....
