Not added to Radio 2's playlist this week but I guess it could be a week or two too early if promo is due mid-November.

No - it’s not been sent to radio yet despite the single release and video, not the greatest of starts tbh :kink: Still I’m sure they will focus everything around the promo - hopefully we’ll get a Remix EP too at the same time.

It’s amazing how they’re handing this. A Lifetime To Repair was sent out to Radio before announcing it was a single, now they’re taking their time with this one!

The key is to tie everything into the same week fir maximum impact and not phase the remixes,video,promo,download bundle etc. If they tie it all together it could get somewhere.

Its essential they work that way, having sales spread isnt enough for it to chart.

An artist like Kylie is relying on sales counting on impact week to get anywhere in the chart.

If the song can make the charts and reach out to more people it could be a sleeper hit.

I don't mind it being scattered if it can help the album out. I do think remixes or digital bundles should tie in with promo though as those specifically help the song out rather than the album. I'd be happy with the video being released ahead of promo if the airplay had started to bridge the gap. Kinda kills momentum having airplay start after the video boost has faded.

The momentum needs to be coherent to get a result.

I feel if the song can take it, the album will automatically gain from it.

Kylie is performing on X Factor next week as just announced on this week's results! :D

Yasss! Wasn't expecting promo until comfortably into November so I'm pleased it's kicking off as soon as next week!

Really happy with this and didnt expect it. This will do great for the album too just as its about to trail off.

But what will she sing? No mention of Jack......

I didnt think of that, i just hope it is musics to sad without you that she performs, its crazy if she doesnt.

I hope she’s not going on to perform ‘Dancing’.

Jack flew in to the UK this morning to pre record the Michael McIntyre show

The duet will be great, i am really looking forward to this.

Good! sustained promo is key as well as support from Radio 2 and Magic maybe and also Spotify playlists! If it gets added to some Xmas ones that would be great!

Ya sustained promo is the ideal way,and if only streaming would kick in it could change everything.
