Exactly  5H are going down in flames without her really, and she's had a solid hit with CITC and I can only see Havana being even bigger when all is said and done.

Crying in the Club only done decently in UK it's flopped everywhere else I actually think even Down has done better than it in the US . I do think 5th Harmony is personally much better without her and she's much better as a solo artist tbf so it's a win win for everyone I guess .

I think that she has been stupid leaving the band. I can imagine that she was living hell, but you must be professional and think about the future, and left 5H when even the band wasn't consolidated (in terms of success) was a mistake. She reminds me a lot of Nicole, too early to going solo.

Btw all her material has been so disappointing, really average songs with zero personality and she is going now like 'I'm a really artis' and it is super boring. Poor her.

what are your reasons for thinking she was "living hell"? how has she been 'unprofessional'?

why does she remind you of nicole? i mean yes, they are both women who left 'girl bands'...camilla is 10 years younger, has greater stage presence and exists 10/15 years later

honestly you're a few screws short of an ikea furniture flat pack furniture piece

Really liking both of these atm! They do really need to get a hit in the US if she's gonna be as big as she deserves to be tbh, Crying In The Club (which is now one of my favorites of the year ) has only really been a hit in the UK. Love her <3

Gold in the US and Aus and Silver in the UK (as well as Platinum in Brazil and Canada) I think can be said to be doing decently. Down has only gone Gold in Canda and Brazil. I know they won a VMA (with fan voting tho) and its not all about sales, but Camila stands in a much better place then them at the moment.

Yeah even if FH were selling more Camila seems pretty obviously the more exciting popstar with the most potential. More of a Beyoncé than Nicole Scherzinger imo, although obviously not on her level yet

Camila is doing ok but she's not doing AMAZING she's not really had a massive hit yet not to say she won't get one but people are bigging her up like she's doing so much better currently than 5th Harmony when she actually isn't . People also seem so sure 5th Harmony will split as well but to me they seem more united than ever from interviews I've seen of them .

I'm with you on that - the atmosphere since Camila left seems a lot more bearable when watching them perform, chat in interviews, etc. They're always with each other as seen through their Instagram stories and it all seems so much more genuine now. The label are clearly pushing Cabello more than they are the group which is SO disappointing when they could have capitalised on the momentum they had going from Worth It onwards.

Camila is doing very well I'd say. I'd class Crying In The Club as a really big hit.

Depends what class as a big hit . I don't think it's personally been a big hit but it's done decently in some countries .

Crying in the Club has been big in the UK but it's barely made a mark in the US. I think Havana could be bigger though, so we'll see how it goes. Camila's definitely in a better position anyway, she's had four top 40 hits in the UK this year, three of which have gone top 20 and Havana is surely on its way there soon too. Havana sounds like the kinda thing that might break the US for her too. 5H in comparison seem to have hit a standstill, with Down doing pretty poorly over here and radio support already vanishing. It outdid Crying in the Club in the US but I'd say Camila will find it easier going forward as she's basically a new artist starting out, whereas 5H are going downhill.

I'd say 12 for a debut single is a very big hit! Especially for a female artist

Giving album tracks on any Britney album from Blackout on and from earlier than ITZ for example 7s and more is just lol. You are comparing them in rates to all songs out there after all.
It's called personal preference. People have different standards for voting. Some people like to use the scoring system as an all time measurement and some people like to rate the songs based on the rest of the album, whilst some like to do the latter whilst taking into account where they think they would be in all time rank. It's up to the poster. We don't HAVE to give the big hits higher scores.

'Havana' is such an ear worm. So, SO good.

Havana looks set to be bigger than CITC

She's 15

but you wrote that after i posted

things obv change in the future

The Camila hype right now reminds me of the 1D fanbase. Same issue, her songs have sold well and she comes across well, but they haven't really charted well yet. She hasn't even been anchored by even a (solo) top ten in any market yet. Sure, it might come, but Beyonce or even Nicole Scherzinger comparisons now feel a bit premature.

1D and Camila aren't comparable at all though - all of them have done better than her worldwide despite Crying in the Club being a hit. It helps that 1D were much bigger than 5H in the first place so they had a bigger springboard, but all five members have at least one top 10 hit, including two #1 singles in the UK.
