The preview sold it a bit short imo, it's hardly a revolution for a new pop paradigm but it's not the Chainsmokers lite song we expected :P I'd say it's a natural progression from the Purpose era really.

This is just like when "Cold Water" or "I'm The One" were released - his name will take it to number 1 with ease. I'd bet it'd be higher on iTunes had it not been playing up for a load of users for the first hour or two. It's only hour three now!!!

 

Really after "Sorry" I'm expecting higher quality from Bieber releases tbh.

It was really silly to worry about Bieber making #1 on 7 hours of sales in the first place. That's simply not plausible in this day and age even for an artist as big as Bieber.

 

He is doing less well than I'd have predicted him to so far but still expect him to get a relatively easy #1 next week as he'll presumably be instantly in all the big Spotify playlists.

Justin isn't on Hot Songs either, so he'll get a bigger boost tomorrow.
