If it sells 27k, the normal 80% drops takes it to 5.5k in week 2 so that's somewhere around #10 I think.

MDNA and Rebel Heart dropped 69% and 67% respectively in their second weeks, although I wouldn't be surprised if Madame X dropped as much as 80% either. I hope it can manage another week in the Top 10 at least, but there's a few new albums that could do well next week.

With sales of 7,304 now between Madonna and Lewis Capaldi i am starting to think Madonna will hold her Number 2 position but, with a close race

Mine only arrived yesterday after all - I'd expect it to have been counted from the off though.

I have just received my deluxe cd so now have the 3 bonus tracks . However I didn’t expect them to be on the cd I thought they were on the hmv exclusive!!

It looks like in Germany Madonna is going top 5, but only her debut album peaked lower.

Terrible UK sales yesterday, only 800 copies sold. She ain't gonna be #2.

I’m glad she’s even managed to sell over 20k with an album like this in 2019.

Looking at the other sales actually, it seems like a lot of data was missing, so maybe I over-judged the situation. Hopefully #2 is still on lock.

If they sell at the same rate, Madonna should be on 25.7k and Lewis should be on 21.2k. I still feel like missing streaming data being added could see Lewis overtake and only by a small margin too which would be incredibly annoying. I know that the sales are pretty decent since most people thought it would be closer to 20k than 30k and that it's clear Madonna will have the second best selling album of the week (I'm also aware that I should be happy we received such a high quality album, which I am) but the chart geek on me wants her to hold that #2 position! :P

Golden sold twice as much as Madame X on its first week on sale, and that was only a year ago. For some reason, I used to think Madge was more popular than her. :mellow:
