Well, I still believe Drake will be number 1 this Friday, let's wait and see. ;)

I hope Kylie remains top 50 by Friday, but I'm not sure about it. :(

This Is Me at 11. Please don’t let 11 be its peak, come on top 10!
It looks more like can kylie stay top 75 now. Not the best start to the campaign for her but the album should be in with a shot of number 1.
Fleetwood Mac is a deluxe edition of the 1975 album. Not to be confused with the 1968 album of the same name.
He is totally an artist who hits the key demographic in terms pop charts. It's not only a case of streaming... Beach Boys didn't get hits in the 90s because they weren't relevant for the key demographic, and Kylie won't get hits now for the same, very obvious, reason.

Can't believe everyone's forgotten their ICONIC collaboration with Status Quo.

Does the 1975 album have chart history in the UK? I can only find the 1968 album version

Really consistent sales for The Greatest Showman this week. I am guessing another 35k or so by Friday.

Was hoping for a better start for Kylie. Don’t think it will be enough to hold on until Friday, but you never know.

The 1975 album took until November 1976 to chart in the UK with the album peaking at number 23 in its second week on the album charts. The OCC entry for the album in the artist archive has the chart run erroneously listed as part of the chart run for the 1968 album of the same name.

The chart run for the 1975 album:

Date: 06/11/1976 - Run: 49-*23*-37-34-35-52-53 (7 wks)

Re 01: 18/02/1978: 58-0-59-53-30-49-31-40-41-47-56-57-0-57 (12-10c wks, 19 wsf)

Thanks very much. I can now separate the two albums histories :D

Kylie update

Mid week update:

No26 today.

Sales are as follows;

Total: 6,408

Digital: 4782

Streaming: 1626

That means little over 500 copies sold for Kylie yesterday. Not looking promising to stay top 40.
Kylie should see an end of week total of 8,000 maximum which will not be enough for her to make a top 40 debut.
No joke 'Barking' needs to get to #1 this week.

I hope he gets at least a week a #1 before we endure weeks of torture from Drake

Yeh she will need around 2-3k more in sales!

Yup, for the top 100 it will be its 21st week. It will be interesting to see what weeks on chart will be listed on the OCC website on Friday as they are linking the chart run of the deluxe version of Fleetwood Mac (1975) with the 1968 album of the same name as on the midweeks update the peak position of the album is showing as number 4, which is the peak position of the 1968 album.

Well the album bundle I pre-ordered contains vinyl, picture vinyl, tape, CD and download so that's 5 sales she's got in the bag already!
