The release date for NOW NOW has been pushed back a week to 16th November which means that NOW 101 will most likely be released on 23rd November

*EDIT* It wasn’t seen on the official NOW page so as far as it stands, NOW NOW’s release date is still 9th November. I’d like though for them to change the subtitle to “101 hits from 101 NOWs” with track 101 being a song which will definitely be on NOW 101

I would not like them to change it given that the whole point is to celebrate 100 Nows.

I wonder if they'll be trying to get the big songs by people like Queen, Drake, and Bowie. Or will it be one of those "which one is the cheapest to license".

Well, Queen can't be on it if they're going chronologically, right? Or were they on Now 1, can't remember

But I really want it chronologically! I'd be peeved if it wasn't tbh.

Maybe Queen will accept being Disc 2, Track 1 as Bohemian Rhapsody opened Now 21

The Bravo Hits 100 song compilation from earlier this year (which is amazing <3) splashed the cash on some big licences but the album cost about £25 as a new release to compensate.

That’s fair enough imo but I’m not sure how many people in the UK would be prepared to pay that for a compilation, especially as so many 100 song single-label compilations exist for £5.

No they weren’t. Their first appearance was NOW 2

That's what I was thinking. I hope Disc 1/Track 1 isn't Phil Collins AGAIN! There's so many songs that are much better than You Can't Hurry Love. I'd scream if they started with "Karma Chameleon"

£25! Blimey, I doubt the Supermarket mums would be willing to splash out that much for a CD for their car (I would if they made it incredible).

They should start off with Culture Club seeing as it’s the biggest selling single of 1983 but I’d prefer if they started off with Duran Duran. I’m willing to bet that FGTH will be either track 2 or 3 but I hope not both

Ooft at some of those album tracks! But I'm so mad that Allstars has been ignored. :(
Okay. Not gonna lie. I'm actually impressed with the track listing! Just for including AQUA! It doesn't go for the obvious Rock tracks which makes a nice change.
At least they’ve been creative with the Halloween album. Some interesting choices on here so should be a good listen.

Some unexpected choices on here - Crazy For You, I Luv U Baby, Say What You Want, Save Tonight, Shackles, Human, Stronger, Only Love Can Hurt Like This. But those are all great songs and deserve their place. Surprised they didn't just go with the most well known song from each edition (licensing permitting).

Really pleased to see they haven't reused anything from Now 100 too!

They did re-use “Cry Me A River” which was on 55 and 100

To be fair to Cry Me A River, Now 55 is hardly a memorable edition :kink: 50 Cent - In Da Club and Benny Benassi - Satisfaction are the only other big memorable songs from it and I'm not sure how well they'd fit here
