Red Velvet - Peek-A-Boo 27

- Artist sent three times previously in BJSC 79, BJSC 89 and BJSC 97 10

- Artist previously DNQ'ed (79), came 26th (89) and came 9th (97) 7

- Song reached #02 (South Korea) and #36 (Japan) in singles charts in the last 24 months 10

I happened to be scanning over the holiday rules yesterday & just wanted to clarify if an entrant is away for the entire of final week but technically "active" for the start of Semis, can they enter, submit a ranking for both Semis (but host only counts the set of their semi of course) then their final vote comprises of those that qualified from each? Obviously too late to enter this one but useful knowledge perhaps sometime down the line.

Yes! you'd essentially just rank ALL the songs in order of preference from 1-60 or w/e, and that can be used to determine your final votes.

Ah ok! If I can download the Semis I may actually be able to fit that in sometime tomorrow so if it's not too much of a pain may I enter this contest as well after all? Like 99.9% sure my entry would not be vetoed :D

The others have had their artists been entered a lot/done very well enough to get them a bit of a reputation around here, so the estimate is people in the contest would have heard them. Like, Grimes has a huge following around here so good luck getting anything of hers through now. It seems strict at first but when 90%+ of songs entered here have no problem passing and you start to recognise the names that do get vetoed, it'll seem less so.

I am a complete BITCH (yes, all capitals) to the moderators here for their decisions sometimes but I fully support Grimes being vetoed even though it saddens me. If I ever get to a 50th contest you can be sure I'll be sending her though!! :D

I feel like Vera Blue (my entry from last contest) is more worthy of a veto than Grimes :P

Grimes is very popular on here though. Vera Blue was entered a couple of times and flopped and wasn't discussed much on here, I think I started her album thread and nobody really bothered replying. It's relative to here not the real world in places, like being entered here and doing well or having long threads shows that someone is known here, and they should probably be vetoed.
